Final report

The aim of the NN128072 project was to carry out experiments at RIKEN Nishina Center (Wako-shi, Japan). To provide solid ground for the r-process nucleosynthesis calculations, the beta-decay of about 100 isotopes were measured and about 300 parameters (half-lives, delayed one and two neutron emission probabilities) were derived mostly for the first time. The shape of very exotic proton-rich Kr and Hg isotopes were derived by the study of their beta decay and the structure of the daughter isotopes were also examined. Furthermore, the excited states of isotopes lying in the vicinity of the Islands of Inversion were studied.
