Az Uropodina genera of the world kötet 400 nyomtatott példányban és nyilvánosan elérhető PDF formában jelent meg, 240 oldalon, angolul. A kötet 136 nem diagnózisát, a nemek típus fajait, valamint a nemekbe tartozó jelenleg ismert fajok felsorolását és azok előfordulását tartalmazza, több mint 500 eredeti illusztrációval (rajzzal, digitális fotókkal vagy elektronmikroszkópos felvétellel). A kötet több mint 300 új névkombinációt is tartalmaz, valamint az azonosítást segítő általános morfológiai bevezetőt. A kötet végén található az egyes nemek családokba történő sorolása is. A kötet a jövőben világviszonylatban megalapozó munkája lesz a korongatkákkal kapcsolatos kutatásoknak, segítheti a csoport iránt induló kutatók elindulását.

The book, titled "Uropodina genera of the world," has been published in 400 printed copies and is available in PDF format. It was published in 240 pages in English. The volume contains the diagnoses of 136 genera, the type species of the genera, and a list of previously described and named species belonging to the genera and their occurrences, with more than 500 original illustrations (drawings, digital photos, or electron microscope images). The book also contains more than 300 new name combinations (comb. nov.) and a general morphological introduction to aid identification. At the end of the volume, the classification of each genera into families can also be found. The book will be a foundational work for future research on Uropodina mites on a global scale and may help researchers interested in the group get started.
