A megjelentetni tervezett kiadvány bemutatása Mutassa be a megjelentetni tervezett kiadványt (műfaj, nyelv, tartalom, példányszám, megjelenés várható ideje). Ismertesse a kiadvány jelentőségét a hazai és nemzetközi szakmai közösség számára. A kiadvány műfaja tanulmánykötet, a nyelve magyar. Tartalma 12-14 elméleti és empirikus kutatáson alapuló tanulmány a szociálpszichológia és a szociológia témaköréből. A tervezett nyomtatott példányszám: 500 db, a megjelenés várható ideje: 2022 november. Nem született még hasonló témájú, magyar nyelvű, laikus olvasókat és a szociológia, pszichológia területén aktív kutatókat és egyetemi hallgatókat egyaránt megszólító tanulmánykötet. A kötet jelentősége, hogy interdiszciplináris megközelítésének köszönhetően több tudományterület szakmai közönségének is felkelti az érdeklődését (szociálpszichológia, szervezetpszichológia, szociológia, egészségpszichológia, kriminológia). A tanulmányok közérthetően, de tudományos eredményeket felmutatva számolnak be az aktuális magyarországi társadalmi egyenlőtlenségek pszichológiai és társadalmi hatásairól, valamint a kisebbségek helyzetéről. A kötetben megjelentetni kívánt tanulmányok közül számos nemzetközi adatbázisokból is építkezik, mely nem pusztán a magyarországi helyzetről alkot képet, hanem azt közép-európai és nemzetközi kontexusban is elemzi. Mindemellett eredeti kutatásokat jelentetünk meg, melyek máshol mindezidáig nem kerültek publikálásra. A kötet összes tanulmányát előzetesen felkért, doktori fokozattal rendelkező szakemberek lektorálják, így biztosítva a kiemelkedő szakmai színvonalat. A tanulmánykötet különlegessége, hogy a terület neves kutatói, valamint doktori hallgatóival és egyetemi kutatócsoportjaival együtt számos tehetséges, TDK díjazott és egyéb intézményi díjban részesült hallgatói munkák is megjelenési lehetőséget kapnak, így alkalmat adunk a tehetséges hallgatóknak a publikációra.
A projekt összefoglalója, célkitűzései laikusok számára Adjon egy rövid, közérthető ismertetést a tervezett kiadvány tartalmi felépítéséről és céljáról. A társadalmi egyenlőtlenségeket és a magyarországi kisebbségek helyzetének témáját fókuszba helyező tanulmánykötet célja, hogy a területen aktív kutatók, doktori hallgatók és a téma iránt érdeklődő laikusok megismerhessék a legfrissebb magyarországi kutatásokat a szociálpszichológia és a szociológia témaköréből. A kötet közérthető nyelven, de emellett szakmailag az aktuális eredményekre fókuszálva, számos külföldi szakirodalmi forrás bemutatásával 3 főbb téma mentén járja körbe a jelenlegi, társadalmi egyenlőtlenségekkel kapcsolatos diskurzusokat és kutatási eredményeket magyarországi kontextusban. Az első nagyobb fejezetben a kisebbségek magyarországi lehetőségeit és problémáit, az átlagostól eltérő családszerkezetek társadalmi megítélését, a fogyatékkal élők percepcióját, valamint a nemi orientáció és a nemi alapú diszkrimináció összefüggéseit ismerhetjük meg. A második fejezet a nők társadalmi helyzetének aktualitásait járja körbe, olyan témákat érintve, mint a reproduktív jogok és attitűdök, a nemi erőszakkal kapcsolatos vélekedések, a nemi szerepek családon belüli átörökítésének folyamata, illetve a nők által a mindennapokban tapasztalt munka-magánélet konfliktusának megjelenése. A harmadik, utolsó fejezet a változást helyezi a középpontba, és arra keresi a választ, hogy a férfiak hogyan válhatnak a nemi alapú egyenlőség előmozdítóivá aktivizmus, vagy akár közösségi média-nyilatkozatok és megnyilvánulások által, valamint a családi kapcsolatokban hogyan befolyásolja az apák empátiája és gyermekgondozásba fektetett energiája a párkapcsolattal és házassággal való elégedettséget.
Summary
Presentation of the proposed publication Present the proposed publication (type, language, content, number of copies, expected date of publication). Present the significance of the publication for the domestic and international scientific community. The type of the publication will be a collection of essays in Hungarian language and will include 12 to 14 essays based on theoretic and empirical research in the field of social psychology and sociology. The publication is due to be released in 500 printed copies, around November, 2022. So far, there hasn't been an other collection of essays in Hungarian language in the fields of sociology and psychology, aimed for both non-expert readers and researchers or undergraduates. The essays' interdisciplinary approach will spark the interest of a wide range of researchers from multiple academic fields (social psychology, organizational psychology, sociology, health psychology, criminology). The essays use articulate language to publish scientific results on the social and psychological effects of current hungarian social inequalities and the situation of minorities. Some of the collected essays uses international databases, so that their results will be analyzed not only in the context of current hungarian conditions, but will also include Central European and international contexts. All the collected essays will be original studies which have never been published anywhere else before. The collected essays will also be vetted by experts (with PhD degrees), assuring that needed, excellent professional standards are met. The speciality of this collection of essays will be that its list of authors will simultaneously feature experts of the field as well as PhD students. The collection will also include TDK (and other) prize winning works of young researchers, being given an opportunity to some of the brightest, most talented students to publish their works.
Summary and aims of the project for a general audience Provide a short, general introduction to the structure and aim of the proposed publication. The purpose of this collection of essays focusing on social inequlities and the situation of minorities in Hungary, is to publish the latest studies in the fields of social psychology and sociology for researchers of the fields, PhD students and non-expert readers as well. The essays use an articulate language, but at the same time focusing on current scientific results and reviewing numerous international bibliographic sources. The book itself will feature 3 main topics, all revolving around current discourses and contributions of knowledge regarding social inequalities in hungarian context. The first part will cover the opportunities and problems of minorities in Hungary, the social image of non-common family structures, the perception of the disabled, and also the correlations between gender orientation and genger-based discrimination. The second part will discuss the actualities of the social status of woman, touching on subjects like reproductive rights and attitudes, opinions regarding rape, the process of transmissions of gender roles in families, and also analyzing everyday work vs. private life conflicts expercienced by woman. The third (and last) chapter focuses on change, discussing the possible ways for men to become advocates of gender equality by activism, or even social media presence, and also discusses how fathers's empathy and energy put into child care influences the degree of satisfaction in relationships or marriages.

A projekt eredményeképp az előzetes tervekben megjelölt, magas színvonalú, a legfrissebb hazai és nemzetközi kutatási eredményeken alapuló, egyszersmind viszont az érdeklődő nagy(obb), laikus közönség számára is érthető és informatív tanulmánykötetet jelentetett meg az Oriold és Társa Kiadó. A kötet egybehangzó szakmai visszajelzések alapján valóban hiánypótlónak bizonyul a jelenlegi hazai szociálpszichológiai tárgyú (és az ehhez kapcsolódó társtudományok) szakkönyv-felhozatalban. A kötetben egyaránt szerepelnek komoly tekintéllyel bíró, területeiken elismert kutatók-tudósok, illetve fiatal, tehetséges hallgatók írásai. Összesen három nagyobb egységben tizenkilenc szerző tizenhárom tanulmánya került be a kötetbe. A megjelentetés paraméterei is az előzetes tervekben megjelölt formátumhoz, kiállításhoz, példányszámhoz és hozzávetőleges terjedelemhez igazodtak. A kötet anyaga a pályázati elvárásoknak megfelelően nyílt hozzáféréssel, online (e-book gyanánt) is elérhető a Pázmány Péter Katolikus Egyetem honlapján (https://btk.ppke.hu/uploads/articles/1005025/file/ekonyv/20221116_Oriold__NEM_egyenlo_v1.3.epub). A megjelenést követő napokban két ízben, kétféleképp is bemutatták a kötetet a szerzők-szerkesztők, illetve a kiadó: első alkalommal az érdeklődő nagyobb közönségnek, majd pedig a tudományos közeg számára is. Mindkét könyvbemutató rendkívül sikeresen, telt házzal, jelentős érdeklődés közepette és pozitív visszajelzéseket eredményezve valósult meg.

As a result of the project, Oriold és Társa Kiadó published the high-quality volume indicated in the preliminary plans, based on the latest local and international research results in understandable form for the interested lay audience. Based on unanimous professional feedback, the volume proves to fill a gap in the current Hungarian socialpsychology (and related sciences). The volume includes writings of highly acknowledged researchers and scientists of their fields as well as writings of young, talented students. A total of thirteen studies by nineteen authors in three larger chapters were included in the volume. The publication parameters were also adjusted to the format, number of copies and approximate scope indicated in the preliminary plans. The material of the volume is also available online (as an e-book) with open access in accordance with the tender requirements on the website of Pázmány Péter Catholic University (https://btk.ppke.hu/uploads/articles/1005025/file/ekonyv/20221116_Oriold__NEM_egyenlo_v1.3.epub).
After publication, the authors-editors and the publisher presented the volume twice, in two ways: first to the larger interested public, and then to the academic circle. Both events were extremely successful with considerable interest and positive feedback.
