A projekt keretein belül lehetőség volt egy olyan hiánypótló szakkönyv létrehozására, mely a turizmus és vendéglátás szakos, első sorban a felsőoktatásban tanuló hallgatók mellett az idegenforgalmi ágazatban dolgozók számára is könnyen érthetővé teheti a turizmus jogszabályi környezetét. A könyv a jelenlegi turisztikai trendek bemutatását követően átfogóan mutatja be a szektor etikai kódexét, az EU jogalkotási folyamatát, az egyes turisztikai részágazatok szabályozását és a hazai intézményrendszer felépülését, működését. A könnyebb érthetőséget, feldolgozást a fejezetek végén található ellenőrző kérdések mellett jogesetek és esettanulmányok is segítik.

Within the framework of the project, it was possible to create a niche textbook that can make the understanding of the legal environment of tourism easy for students of tourism and hospitality, primarily higher education students, as well as for those working in the tourism sector. After presenting current trendis in tourism, the book provides a comprehensive overview of the sector's code of ethics, the EU legislative process, the regulation of the various tourism sub-sectors and the structure and functioning of the domestic institutional system. For ease of understanding and processing, case studies and case studies are provided alongside checklist questions at the end of each chapter.
