A Mecenatúra pályázat keretében Németh Gergely PhD, a Budapesti Metropolitan Egyetem docense, azt vállalta, hogy a 2018-ban megvédett doktori dolgozatát átszerkeszti, hogy tágabb szakmai olvasóközönség számára is befogadható szakkönyvként jelenhessen meg. A megjelenést egyrészről papír és elektronikus kiadásban, valamint magyar és angol nyelven teszi elérhetővé. A projekt során meg kellett találnia a kiadót és a kéziratot a megfelelő négy formátumban véglegesre formálni (a, magyar-papír; b, magyar-elektronikus; c, angol-papír; d, angol-elektronikus).
A könyvszerkesztés alapvetően több lépcsőből állt:
1, eredeti kézirat felülvizsgálata,
2, kiadót keresni és megegyezni a megtalált kiadóval a kiadványokról – megtudni a nyomdai előkészítettség elvárásait,
3, a túlságosan elvont (doktori védéshez szükséges), de szakmai és érdeklődő olvasóknak kevésbé érdekes részek kivágása- természetesen a hivatkozási jegyzékből is az adott részben lévő referálások kivétele,
4, a 2016-2017 évben megszületett kutatási eredmények felülvizsgálata és kiegészítése 2021-2022-es adatokkal,
5, a 2017 óta született szakirodalomból beemelni a legfontosabb fejleményeket és a hivatkozási jegyzéket is kiegészíteni vele
6, a képek ábrák nyomdai előkészítése
7, a kész magyar nyelvű kéziratot fordítani angolra – a képekkel, ábrákkal együtt,
8, a kész angol kéziratot szakmailag lektorálni.

As part of the Mecenatura tender, Gergely Németh PhD, an associate professor at the Budapest Metropolitan University, undertook to reedit his doctoral thesis, defended in 2018, so that it could be published as a book acceptable to a wider professional readership. On the one hand, it makes the publication available in paper and electronic editions, as well as in Hungarian and English. During the project, he had to find a publisher and finalize the manuscript in the appropriate four formats (a, Hungarian-paper; b, Hungarian-electronic; c, English-paper; d, English-electronic).
The book editing basically consisted of several steps:
1, revision of original manuscript,
2, to search for a publisher and to agree with the found publisher about the publications - to find out the requirements for print preparation,
3, cutting out parts that are too abstract (required for doctoral defense), but less interesting for professional and interested readers - of course, the exclusion of the references in the given part from the reference list as well,
4, review and supplement the research results of 2016-2017 with 2021-2022 data,
5, to highlight the most important developments from the literature published since 2017 and to supplement the reference list with them
6, preparing the images for printing
7, to translate the finished Hungarian manuscript into English - together with the pictures and figures,
8, to proofread the finished English manuscript professionally.
