A projekt célja Kornai előző, Szemantika/Semantics c. könyve foltatásának (Szemantika vektorokkal/Vector Semantics) Open Access támogatása volt. Ezt a feladatot teljesítettük, a Vector Semantics kötet megjelent mind papír formában, mind online, Open Access formában, ld. https://link.springer.com/book/10.1007/978-981-19-5607-2.
A körülmények szerencsés alakulása miatt a feladatot túl is teljesítettük, mert a Springer az eredetileg betervezettnél kevesebett kért az Open Accessért, és a különbözetet a magyar kiadás Open Access előkészítésére fordítottuk. A magyar kiadás megjelenése a megkötött szerződés szerint még az idén (2023) várható. The goal of the project was to enable Open Access for the sequel to Kornai's earlier Semantics (Szemantika) volume called Vector Semantics (Szemantika vektorokkal). This goal has been fulfilled, the Vector Semantics volume is available both in hardcover and online in Open Access format, see https://link.springer.com/book/10.1007/978-981-19-5607-2.
Luckily, Springer's Open Access fee was less than anticipated, and the difference could be spent on enabling Open Access for the Hungarian translation of the book as well. This volume, according to the contract with the publisher, will appear this year (2023) -- the translation will be provided by András Máté, professor of logic at ELTE, see https://www.typotex.hu/author/1446/mate_andras
