Sopron város déli peremén, a Soproni hegység lábánál elterülő Lőver-városrész fejlődéstörténetének és építészettörténetének összefoglalása és ismertetése a 19. század közepétől napjainkig. Ezen belül elemezve: A terület kapcsolódása a városhoz és a környékhez. A terület használatának – gyümölcstermesztés, kertművelés, hétvégi üdülés és lakás - változásai. A területen álló épületek jellegzetességeinek (veranda, stb.) meghatározása. A Lőver kultúrtörténeti jelentőségének meghatározása a város lakói és az idegenforgalom szempontjából. A kutatás eredménye ennek az országos viszonylatban is jelentős városrésznek komplex fejlődéstörténeti áttekintése, értékeinek és jellegének megtartása érdekében lehetséges és szükséges intézkedések felsorolása. A kutatás eredményeként a Lővertn ismertető könyv jelent meg

Architectural and development history survey of the Lőwer, the southern annex near the West-Hungarian town Sopron from the middle 19th century to our days. Within the analysis of it: The connection of the territory with the town and the environs; the changing use of the territory as fruit-plantage, garden-plantage, use for weekend-holydays and dwelling; characteristics of the houses (verandas, tc.). Importance of the Lőver for the citizens of Sopron and for the tourists. Result of the research is a complex survey of the development of this Lőver town-part, which is even in the relation of whole Hungary of importance. Finally determination of his value in interest for the future protection of his character and enumeration of necessary measures. As result of the research a book of the Lőwer had been edited.
