Igazoltuk, hogy azeotróp elegyek extraktív desztillációval történő szétválasztásának megvalósíthatósága intervallumaritmetikai számításokkal vizsgálható. Kidolgoztuk az ideális és binárisan minimális reprezentációk elméletét. Kidolgoztunk egy ideális és binárisan minimális MINLP reprezentációt rektifikáló kolonnák szintézisére, majd azt átdolgoztuk extraktív desztilláció modellezésére, végül a kapott modellt komplex desztillációs folyamatok gazdasági szempontból való vizsgálatára használtuk. Részletes módszertant fejlesztettünk ki extraktív és reaktív szakaszos desztillációs folyamatok megvalósíthatóságának vizsgálatára, és új konfigurációt dolgoztunk ki félfolyamatos extraktív desztilláció megvalósítására szakaszos rektifikálóban. A kapott eredményeket félüzemi laboratóriumi kísérletekkel validáltuk.
Results in English
It has been pointed out that feasibility of separation of azeotropic mixtures by batch extractive distillation can be studied by reliable computations. The theorem of ideal and binarily minimal representations has been worked out. A new ideal and binarily minimal MINLP representation has been developed for synthesis of distillation columns which has been adapted to model extractive distillation processes, and the final model has been used for analyzing extractive distillation processes from economic point of view. A detailed methodology has been developed for studying the feasibility of extractive and reactive distillation and a new configuration has been worked out for executing semicontinuous extractive distillation in batch rectifier. The obtained results has been validated with laboratory experiments.
