1987 óta öt kötete jelent meg A magyarországi középkori latinság szótára (Lexicon Latinitatis medii aevi Hungariae) című monumentális munkának, amely a Novum Glossarium Mediae Latinitatis elkészítésének nemzetközi vállalkozásába illeszkedik. Az 1000 és 1526 közötti latin forrásanyag feldolgozása jelenleg az M betűnél jár, az MTA Ókortudományi Tanszéki Kutatócsoportjának keretében. A három állandó munkatárs munkáját már egyetemistaként segítettem mind a cédulázásban, mind a szócikkek feldolgozásában, az 1999-ben, az Argumentum Kiadó gondozásában megjelent „I” betűs kötetben a szócikkek összeállítói között is szerepeltem. Továbbra is rendkívüli lelkesedést és nagy elhivatottságot érzek ehhez a feladathoz.
Az elmúlt öt évben két kisgyermekemmel voltam itthon GYES-en (amelynek időtartama alatt doktori disszertációmat is elkészítettem és megvédtem), de februárban a kisebbik is betölti a 3. életévét, így munkába kell állnom. Ebben nagy segítségemre lenne a posztdoktori ösztöndíj elnyerése, és egyúttal új lendületet venne a szótár készítése is, hogy végre napvilágot láthasson a régen várt 6. kötet.
Summary
Since 1987 five volumes have been published of the Lexicon Latinitatis Medii Aevi Hungariae. This monumental work is part of the greater international enterprise of the preparation of the Novum Glossarium Mediae Latinitatis. The research team of the Institute of Classical Philology of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences has reached the letter „M” in the processing of the Latin sources from between 1000 AD and 1526 AD. Already as a university student I assisted the three full-time members in their work with slipping and with processing entries. I took part in composing entries of the volume „I” published in 1999 by the Argumentum Kiadó – my work was judged quite satisfactory. Even now I find myself greatly interested and inspired to fulfill this task.
I spent the last five years at home on maternity leave with my two children. During this period I finished and discussed my PhD thesis. Since my younger child will be 3 years old in February 2006 I will have to go back to work. The post-PhD grand would enable me to do so and at the same time would give a renewed momentum to the composing of the Lexicon so that the 6th volume could be at last published.

Pályázatom célja az MTA Ókortudományi Kutatócsoportjában készülő, ''A magyarországi középkori latinság szótárának'' munkálataiban való részvétel volt.
Az összegyűjtött cédulaanyag egy részét lexikográfiailag értékeltem, értelmeztem, a különböző időszakokban, különböző kutatók által olykor eltérő koncepcióval egybegyűjtött anyagot összesítettem, majd az ily módon egyesített cédulákat az ''R'' betűig abc rendbe rakva elősegítettem a következő kötetek munkálatait.
Az időközben felmerülő hiányosságok pótlásához Gregorius Gyöngyösi: Vitae c. műve kritikai kiadásának feldolgozásával, szóanyagának kicédulázásával járultam hozzá, amely ritka vagy egyedi jelentésben használt szavaival értékes forrásnak bizonyult.
Az aktuálisan készülő ''M'' betűs kötetből elvégeztem a ''mediatrix'' főnévtől a ''memor'' főnévig terjedő szóanyag feldolgozását, a már betűrendbe szedett cédulákat jelentéstani kategóriák szerint csoportosítva, adataikat kronológiai sorrendbe téve és értelmezve, a cédulákon szereplő adatokat az eredeti forrásokkal összevetve. Végül az ily módon rendezett anyagot számítógépes formátumban rögzítettem, az elkészült szócikkek rögzítésénél a korábbi koncepciót követve, valamint gyakorlati javaslatokat téve esetleges további technikai fejlesztésekre is. Munkámmal hozzájárultam a magyarországi középkori latin nyelvhasználat értékes adatbázisának létrehozásához, segítve ezzel a rokon és társtudományok kutatóit is.

The purpose of the project was to participate in the work of the Dictionary of the Medieval Latin of Hungary in the Ókortudományi Kutatócsoport of MTA.
The collected labels were lexicographywise evaluated and interpreted.
I pooled the material aggregated at different times, by different researchers and sometimes according to different concepts.
Afterwards I put the labels in alphabetic order up to "r", and promoted the work of the next volumes.
The weaknesses emerging in the meantime were compensated by the annotation of the words of the critical edition of Gregorius Gyöngyösi: Vitae's, whose rare or unique words used in the report proved to be a valuable source.
I processed the words from the noun 'mediatrix' to the noun 'memor' for the M-letter volume.
Finally, I recorded this material in a systematic way in computer readable form, following the earlier concept.
I proposed some additional technical developments too.
My work contributed to the creation of a valuable database of the Hungarian medieval Latin language, helping the similar disciplines's researchers as well.
