Pályázatunk célja az NK63218 számú, „Ludas - Varjú-dűlő és Sajópetri - Homoki-Szőlőskertek késővaskori temetőinek régészeti feldolgozása” című 2006-ben indult programunk nemzetközi együttműködési lehetőségeinek támogatása, kiszélesítése a közös kutatómunkához szükséges utazási és szállásköltségek biztosításával, vagyis a folyamatban lévő pályázat 2007-2008-as ütemtervének megfelelő régészeti feldolgozási és dokumentációs szakaszban az utazási és külföldi tartózkodási költségek, napidíjak; valamint a kutatásban résztvevő francia kutatók magyarországi tartózkodási költségeinek fedezése.
A kutatások során elegedhetetlen a személyes kapcsolattartás, a leletek franciországi anyagvizsgálatának elvégzése, a személyes jelenlét az Európai Régészeti Központ által szervezett tudományos konferenciákon, a kiállításokkal kapcsolatos utazások és a kutatók, doktoranduszok valamint az egyetemi hallgatók helyszíni kutatási lehetőségének biztosítása.
A külföldi kutatók számára nélkülözhetetlen nemcsak a leletek, hanem a vonatkozó magyar szakirodalom tanulmányozása is, ami csak Magyarországon oldható meg. Ehhez hasonlóan a kutatás egyes szakaszaiban a magyar kutatók számára is rendkívüli fontossággal bír a francia szakirodalom és a régészeti anyag helyszíni tanulmányozásának lehetősége, amelynek hátterét a Francia Kulturális Minisztérium CNRS nemzeti kutatási programja, a Burgundiai Egyetem és az általuk finanszírozott UMR 5594 kutatóhelyei biztosítanak.
Summary
The principal aim of this research proposal which applies to the Hungarian-French cooperative project: Archaeological processing of the Late Iron Age cemeteries of Ludas – Varjú-dűlő and Sajópetri – Homoki-Szőlőskertek started in 2006 (OTKA funding, NK 63218) is the funding of the travel and accomodation costs during our running project. According to the schedule of the running project NK 63218 the evaluation and documentation period will be in 2007 and 2008. It is crucial to maintain the personal contacts, to conduct the scientific tests in France, to be present at the conferences organised by the European Centre of Archaeology, managing the exhibitions and to ensure the possibility of the on-site examinations for the research personnel, PhD students and university students. The foreign researchers have a definite need to study the finds and the scientific literature in Hungary. The Hungarian scientists have to study the literature and the finds in France where the background is supported by the French Department of Culture, the CNRS national research programme, the University of Burgundy and the detached units of the UMR 5594 funded by these institutions.

A pályázat teljesítése 2007-ben és 2008-ban is az előzetes munkatervnek megfelelően haladt; a magyar kutatók májusban, augusztusban és októberben dolgoztak az Európai Régészeti Központban, illetve vettek részt az éves kutatási értekezleteken. A bibractei kutatásokhoz kapcsolódó publikációk mellett fontos eredmény, hogy Timár Lőrinc 2009-ben sikeresen megvédte a domus háztípus galliai elterjedéséről írott disszertációját. Francia partnereink közül Jean-Paul Guillaumet és Armelle Masse többször kutatott nálunk, ennek is köszönhetően készülhettek el a ludasi monográfia egyes fejezetei.
Results in English
The fulfillment of the project tasks has been achieved according to the preliminary schedule in 2007-2008. The Hungarian researchers have worked at the European Research Centre in May, August and October and they have taken part in the annual research meetings as well. Concerning the publications of the research at Bibracte, it is an important result that Lőrinc Timár has successfully defended his PhD thesis in 2009 which had the title "The spread of the Roman domus type in Gaul". Our French partners Jean-Paul Guillaumet and Armelle Masse have researched at our facilities many times. This proved to be indispensable for the writing of some chapters of the monography about the cemetery of Ludas.
