A támogatást ''Távol a fősodortól - Iskolázatlan munkanélküliek a poszt-szocialista gazdaságban'' c. 23 íves könyvem kiadásához kérem. A könyv az Osiris Kiadó és az MTA Közgazdaságtudományi Intézet kiadásában jelenne meg, amennyiben a kiadáshoz szükséges támogatásokat sikerül elnyernem. A könyv a nyolc osztályt vagy azt sem végzett népesség munkából való kiszorulásának folyamatát és okait elemzi, továbbá, felvázolja azokat a foglalkoztatáspolitikai lépéseket, melyek enyhíthetik a példátlan mértékű marginalizálódás társadalmi következményeit.
Summary
I apply for a support of 1 MFt for the publication of my book "Far from the mainstream - Unskilled unemployment in possocialist economies'. The book addresses the question of how and why did unskilled employment fall to levels unprecedented in modern market economies. It describes the process of gradual exclusion from the labor market, looks for explanations concerning the nature of the transition process and the inheritance of socialism. Finally, it provides a critical overview of Hungarian employment policies and makes suggestions for future policies. The book will be about 250 page long, published by the Osiris Publishing House and the Instutute of Economics of the HAS in 1,000 copies. The total cost is estimated to be 2.422 MFt.
