Pályázatunk egy korábbi OTKA-pályázat folytatása, melynek eredményeképpen a Pannon Egyetem Magyar Irodalomtudományi Tanszékén műhelyszerűen működő kutatócsoport folytat prózapoétikai és irodalomelméleti kutatásokat.
Az elbeszélő diszkurzus II. (elmélet, történet, műfaj) nevű kutatási terv homlokterében a magyar és az európai próza tanulmányozása áll. A regényre koncentráló témakör kereteit olyan kontextusokkal kívánjuk kitágítani, amilyeneket a kultúra, a medialitás, az önéletrajz és a konfesszió narratívái nyújtanak, illetve a versnyelvvel és irodalombölcselettel érintkező kérdések. Központi témánk marad a szövegalany és a műfaj problematikája. Önálló monográfiát szentelünk Németh László, Simone de Beauvoir prózaművészetének; tanulmányokat Arany János és Vörösmarty Mihály elbeszélő költeményeinek, Kisfaludy Károly novelláinak, Jósika regényeinek, Móricz Zsigmondnak életművének. Tovább kutatjuk a perszonális prózanyelv történetét (Augustinus, Pascal, Rousseau, Puskin, Dosztojevszkij). Folytatjuk az irodalomelméleti kutatásokat. Önálló könyvet szentelünk József Attila nyelv- és költészetbölcseletének; tanulmányok készülnek Mihail Bahtyin posztmodern teoretikus recepciójáról.
Az eredmények publikációja céljából két tudományos sorozatot adunk ki, a Diszkurzívákat (1–7) és a Res poeticát (1–3). A kutatócsoport tagjai: Hermann Zoltán, S. Horváth Géza, Kalavszky Zsófia, Kovács Gábor, Selmeczi János, Szilágyi Zsófia, Szitár Katalin, Tegyey Gabriella.

Research Plan (2007-2009)
Our application is the continuation of a previous OTKA application, as a result of which a research team operating as a workshop was formed at the Dept. of Hungarian Literature of the Pannon University. The research plan entitled focuses on the research of Hungarian and European prose. We intend to expand the framework of the topics concentrating on the novel with contexts provided by narratives of culture, mediality, autobiography and confession, and by the questions concerning the lyric language and literary philosophy. Our central topic remains the problem of text subject and genre. We intend to devote separate monographs on several significant authors of the narrative literature (Pushkin, Turgenev, Arany, L. Németh, Kosztolányi, Simone de Beauvoir), studies on the novellas of Károly Kisfaludy, the epic poems of Vörösmarty, the novels of Jósika and the oeuvre of Móricz. We will continue the research on literary theory. We would devote separate books on the language and poetry philosophy of Attila József as well as the post-modern theoretical reception of Bakhtin. In order for the publishing of the research results we will release two academic series: Diszkurzívák (1–7) and Res poetica (1–3). The members of the research team: Zoltán Hermann, Géza S.
