A TÉMAVÁLASZTÁS INDOKLÁSA A témával kapcsolatos nemzetközi szakirodalmakat összegezve az alábbi főbb következtetések fogalmazhatóak meg: Elsősorban hadtörténelmi szemléletmódból, az események elemzésére törekszenek. Az alkalmazás elméletének fejlődéstörténetével viszonylag kevés írás foglalkozik. A hazai kutatásokat, szakirodalmakat és műveleti alkalmazásokat elemezve belátható, hogy összegző, a haderőnem minden komponensét, valamint az alkalmazás fegyvernemi és haderőnemi szintű alkalmazási elveit és gyakorlatát egységében vizsgáló, elemző mű még nem született. A TÉMA KIDOLGOZÁSÁT ÉS AKTUALITÁSÁT AZ IS INDOKOLJA, HOGY: A légierő hadművelet elmélet keretében olyan tudományos igényű, integráló jellegű mű még nem született, amely feltárja, a légi hadviselés kezdeteitől az Öböl-háborúkig, sőt a terror elleni háború légi komponenséig, a légi hadviselés legfontosabb törvényszerűségeit, és trendjeit. Magyar „platformról” vizsgálva, a hazai szükségletek, és sajátosságok figyelembevétele eredményesebb lehet, jobban szolgálhatja a folyamatossá váló hazai doktrínafejlesztést, valamint az arra épülő kiképzési rendszert. A TERVEZETT KUTATÁS CÉLJAI A hadművelet elmélet elveinek, és a légierő hadművelet elmélet sajátosságainak az összegzése. A légierő- és a légi hadviselés elmélete fejlődési tendenciáinak a feltárása. A légierő műveleti struktúrájában bekövetkezett lényegi változásoknak az elemzése, a jövő légi műveleteivel kapcsolatos kutatások összegzése. A korszerű légi műveletek tartalmából a hazánk számára relevánsak összegzése.
Summary
CHOICE OF THE TOPIC Summing up the international literatures more capital inferences can be formulated: Primarily from a military history outlook they aim for the analysis of the events. Relatively few writings deal with the evolution of the theory of the air forces’ application. Analysing the domestic researches, literatures and operation applications easily reasonable, that comprehensive creation in which the work analysing all of the components of the air forces in unity we may not find. REASONS FOR THE TOPIC: Study with a scientific claim with a so integrating character cannot be found, that reveals the most important necessities of the aerial warfare and his trends from the beginnings of the aerial warfare to the Gulf Wars. Especially important nowadays the question of the aerial component of the war against the terrorism that integrating would be expedient likewise. From a Hungarian platform examined, the domestic needs and the respect of peculiarities may be more fruitful. This may serve the domestic doctrine development turning into the continuous one better, and the training system being founded on it. AIM OF RESEARCHES To sum up the airforce's theory of employment its principles and peculiarities. The exploration of the airforce's and the theory's of the aerial warfare developmental tendencies. The analysis of substantive changes ensued in the airforce's operation structure. The summary of researches is connected to the aerial operations of the future. To sum up from the content of the modern aerial operations for us the relevant phenomena. From among the general research methods we plan the observation, the induction and the critical adaption to apply.
