Daganatos műtéti specimenekből távolitunk el mintákat, melyeket ischaemiás időn belül folyékony nitrogén tartályban tárolunk. Az anonim módon kezelt klinikai adatokat külön erre a célra, általunk létrehozott számítógépes programban tároljuk. Azon a betegeket, akik specimenéből molekulár-genetikai kutatásokra mintavétel történt szintén külön erre a célra létrehozott ambulancián, nemzetközi standardok alapján követjük. Tevékenységünk alapelve, hogy a mintavétel nem akadályozhatja a patológiai feldolgozást, a betegkövetés pedig nem befolyásolhatja az onkológiai kezelést. A sejt- és molekuláris biológiai vizsgálatokat a kooperáló egyetemi kutatólabor végzi el a minta transzportja után.
Summary
The research group takes samples of surgical specimens from oncological patients. These samples are stored in a liquid nitrogen container within ischemic time. The clinical data are gathered on an anonymous basis and stored in a computer program developed by the research group for this specific purpose. The patients, whose specimen samples were taken for research purposes in an outpatient department established for this specific purpose, are followed-up according to international standards. The guiding principle of the research group’s activity is that sample taking cannot hinder pathologic processing, and patient follow-up cannot influence oncological treatment. Cell biological examinations are planned to be carried out at the collaborating university research lab after transport.
