A projekt keretében létrehozni kívánt tudománynépszerűsítő elektronikus média-alkotás bemutatása: Mutassa be a tervezett elektronikus média-anyag műfaját, témáját, célcsoportjait és nyilvános megosztásának módját. Ismertesse az alkotás újszerűségét, egyediségét és várható hozzájárulását a tudomány népszerűsítéséhez. A projekt keretén belül tudományt népszerűsítő animációs videókat készítünk. Ezek témája a tanszéken folyó kutatásokhoz kapcsolódó ismeretanyagok, melyeket általánosan bemutatunk. Továbbá beleszőjük a legújabb tudományos eredményeinket. A videók 8-10 perc hosszúságúak, ami alatt a figyelem könnyen fenttartható. A videók műfajában a Kurzgesagt – in a nutshell (https://www.youtube.com/c/inanutshell) csatorna videóihoz állnának közel. A videókat a tanszék YouTube csatornáján tesszük közé. Elsődleges célcsoport a középiskolások és egyetemisták, akiknek ezáltal érdekes ismeretanyagot tudunk átadni, továbbá a hallgatók megismerkednek a tanszéken folyó kutatásokkal is. Ezzel a célunk a magyar kutatás-fejlesztés utánpótlását biztosítani. A másodlagos célcsoport a magyar lakosság természettudományok iránt érdeklődő része. A videókon keresztül a lakosságnak jobb rálátása nyílik, hogy mire fordítódik az adófizetők pénze. Másodlagos hatásként pedig a hasonló problémába ütköző ipari szakemberek figyelmét is felkelthetik a videók, amiből új kapcsolatok, közös kutatások alakulhatnak ki. A videókhoz magyar és angol nyelvű professzionális narráció készül, illetve feliratokkal látjuk el. Az angol nyelvű videókkal a célunk, hogy a határainkon túl is felhívjuk eredményeinkre a figyelmet. Ezáltal népszerűsítsük a magyar tudományt és új kapcsolatokra tegyünk szert. Összesen hét darab videó készül a pályázat során: Hogyan csökkenthető áramlási ellenállás? Hogyan működik a furulya? A projekt összefoglalója, célkitűzései laikusok számára Adjon egy rövid, közérthető ismertetést a tervezett média-anyag tartalmáról és tudomány-népszerűsítő céljairól. A projekt célkitűzése hét darab 8-10 perc hosszúságú animációs videó készítése. Ezek témája a tanszékhez kapcsolódó kutatások. A videók célja az ismeretátadás, illetve a tanszékünkön dolgozó munkatársak eredményeinek a bemutatása. A videók egy nyilvános videómegosztó portálon lesznek megtekinthetők magyar és angol nyelven professzionális narrációval és mindkét nyelvű felirattal is ellátva. Ezáltal széles közönséget érünk el, melynek keretén belül a magyar tudomány népszerűsítjük a magyar fiatalok körében. Ezen túl a tanszékünket is megismeri a magyar lakosság egy része. Továbbá a nemzetközi kapcsolatainkat is fejleszthetjük a videók által. A magyarnyelvű videókkal 20 000 megtekintést szeretnénk elérni, az angolnyelvű videókkal pedig 50 000 megtekintést. A többi célkitűzést számszerűsíteni már sokkal nehezebb. Remélhetőleg több fiatal választja a kutatópályát és a tanszékünket és új ipari kapcsolatokat tudunk kialakítani főleg itthon, és akár nemzetközileg is.

Presentation of the electronic media product popularizing science proposed in the project: Present the type, subject, targeted audience, and the means of public distribution of the proposed media material. Present the product's novelty, unique nature, and its expected contribution to the popularization of science. New science promoting animation videos will be created during the project. Their subject will be the knowledge related to the research topics at our department. First, the field will be generally introduced, and then our latest scientific findings will be presented. The videos will be 8-10 minutes long, during which the attention can be easily maintained. The genre of the videos will be close to those of the Kurzgesagt - in a nutshell channel (https://www.youtube.com/c/inanutshell). The films will be uploaded on the department's YouTube channel. The primary target group is high school and university students, to whom we can pass on interesting knowledge, and the research at the department will be introduced to the students. Our goal is to ensure the supply of Hungarian research and development. The secondary target group is the Hungarian population interested in natural sciences. The videos give an insight to the public about what taxpayers' money is being spent on. As a secondary effect, videos can also attract the attention of industry professionals who encounter a similar problem, from which new relationships and research can emerge. The videos will be professionally narrated in Hungarian and English, and will be subtitled. With English-language videos, our goal is to draw attention to our results beyond our borders. In this way, let us promote Hungarian science and gain new connections. A total of six videos will be made during the grant: How to reduce flow resistance? How does the flute work? Summary and aims of the project for a general audience Provide a short, general introduction to the content of the proposed media material and its aims to popularize science. The goal of the project is to create six 8-10 minute animated videos. These are the subject of research related to the department work. The purpose of the videos is to transfer knowledge and to present the results of the staff working in our department. The videos will be available on a public video sharing portal in Hungarian and English with professional narration and subtitles in both languages. In this way, we reach a broad audience, promoting Hungarian science among Hungarian young people. In addition, a part of the Hungarian citizens gets to know our department. Furthermore, we can develop our international relationships through the videos. We want to reach 20,000 views with Hungarian videos and 50,000 views with English videos. It is much more difficult to quantify the other objectives. Hopefully, more young people will choose our research career and our department, and we will be able to establish new industrial relationships mainly at home and even internationally.
