A Symposium of ETHYLENE a legjelentősebb nemzetközi konferencia, mely az etilén növényi hormonnal és annak hatásaival foglalkozik. A konferencián a munkacsoportunk kutatási profiljába eső, etilénnel kapcsolatos legújabb tudományos eredményeinket három poszter formájában mutattuk be a szakterület legjelentősebb kutatói előtt. Ezen felül alkalmam nyílt poszter előadás tartására, mely lehetőséget biztosított a szakma jeles képviselőivel való személyes megismerkedésre, jövőbeli potenciális kollaborációk megalapozására. A konferencián 10 szekció előadásait hallgattuk meg az etilén kutatásban élen járó kutatócsoportoktól, mely nagyban segítette szakmai fejlődésünket, az itt szerzett tudás véleményem szerint mind az oktatásban, mind pedig a kutatói életben eredményesen kamatoztatható. A konferencián való részvétel segítségével tudományos eredményeink nemzetközi elismertsége reményeink szerint erősödött, és a jövőben lehetőségünk nyílik nemzetközi kollaborációk kiépítésére, laborlátogatásokra, illetve nemzetközi projektekbe történő csatlakozásra egyaránt.

The Symposium of ETHYLENE is the most significant international conference dealing with the plant hormone ethylene and its effects. Our recent scientific results related to ethylene, which is part of the profile of our research group were presented at the conference in the form of three posters in front of the most important researchers of this scientific area. In addition, I had the opportunity to give a poster presentation, which made it possible to get to know the most relevant researchers of this scientific field personally and therefore to open doors in front of potential collaborations in the future. At the conference, we listened to lectures of 10 sections from the leading research groups in ethylene research, which greatly helped our professional development. Due to the possibility of participating in the conference, we hope that the international recognition of our scientific results will strengthen, and we will have the opportunity to build international collaborations, visit laboratories, and join international projects.
