A projekt keretében látogatni tervezett nemzetközi tudományos konferencia bemutatása és a tervezett részvétel ismertetése Mutassa be a nemzetközi rendezvény jellegét, célját, szervezőit és jelentőségét a nemzetközi tudományos életben. Ismertesse a részvétel célját (pl. előadás, poszter, egyéb aktivitás), a rendezvényen való részvétel várható hatását és jelentőségét a saját kutatói karrier építésében. Főként nemzetközi konferenciát szeretnék látogatni. Első sorban 2022. március 15 és 19. között megrendezésre kerülő "Avenues of Change: Integrating Research, Advocacy and Education" címmel. A konferencia szervezője az ACJS (Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences, www. acjs.org). Ezen konferencia kiemelt jelentőséggel bír számomra, hiszen a Pécsi Tudományegyetem Állam- és Jogtudományi Doktori Iskola PhD hallgatójaként felkérték a kiváló témavezetőmet dr. habil. Herke Csongor DSc. -t. A professzor Úr, a Magyar Tudományos Akadémia nagy doktoraként a "The false confession as a possible cause of Wrongful Convictions" címmel fog előadást tartani ebből kifolyólag illetőleg a pályázat és a konferencia nemzetközi integritásából adódóan kiváló lehetőséget teremt számomra mint fiatal kutatónak, hogy nemzetközi szférában mentorációval vegyek részt.
A másik nemzetközi konferenciát az ICPLCPS 2022: 16. International Conference on Penal Law, Crime, Punishment and Safety October 25-26-én rendezik meg (Penal Law, Crime, Punishment and Safety https://waset.org) Ezen a konferencián mint előadó szeretném az előző konferencián megszerzett tudást kamatoztatni.
A projekt összefoglalója, célkitűzései laikusok számára Adjon egy rövid, közérthető ismertetést a látogatni tervezett nemzetközi rendezvényről, illetve a részvétel céljáról, várható eredményeiről. Az Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences által 2022. március 15-19. között szervezett konferencián a plenáris ülések mellett közel száz szekcióban a bűnügyi tudományok szinte minden területén a világ minden tájáról érkezett előadók osztják meg legújabb kutatási és gyakorlati tapasztalataikat.
A határokon túli konferenciák kiváló lehetőséget teremtenek arra, hogy nemzetközi perspektívát sajátítson el a PhD hallgató amelyet a hazai szférában jelentősen kamatoztatni tud illetőleg széles spektrumú publikációs és előadási lehetőséget, mind egyetemi szeminárium, előadási formában amellyel a hallgatóknak képes átadni a megszerzett tudást ezáltal fejleszti a következő generáció látókörét és a tudományos konferenciákon való részvétellel és pályamunkával a hazai kutatói, akadémiai körben kiváló lehetőséget teremt arra, hogy a legújabb trendeknek, jogszabályi változásokat, abból adódó kérdéseket és arra megfelelő nemzetközi válaszokat széles körben is megismerhessük ezáltal gyarapítva a magyar tudományos életet.

Presentation of the international scientific conference to be visited in the project and description of the proposed participation Present the type, purpose, organizers, and significance of the international event in the scientific community. Present the purpose of the participation (e.g., paper, poster, other activity), the expected impact of the participation in the event and its significance in building your own research career. I would like to visit an international conference in particular. First of all, "Avenues of Change: Integrating Research, Advocacy and Education", which will take place from 15 to 19 March 2022. The conference is organized by the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences (ACJS) www. acjs.org). This conference is of paramount importance to me, as as a PhD student at the Doctoral School of State and Legal Sciences of the University of Pécs, my excellent supervisor was invited by Dr. Habil. Mr. Herke Csongor DSc. As a doctor of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, the Professor will give a lecture entitled "The false confession as a possible cause of Wrongful Convictions", and due to the international integrity of the competition and the conference, it will create an excellent opportunity for me as a young researcher to participate in mentoring in the international sphere.
The ICPLCPS 2022: 16. International Conference on Penal Law, Crime, Punishment and Safety It will be held on 25-26 October (Penal Law, Crime, Punishment and Safety https://waset.org) At this conference, as rapporteur, I would like to make use of the knowledge gained at the previous conference.
Summary and aims of the project for a general audience Provide a short, general introduction to the international event to be visited, the purpose of the participation, and its expected results. Organised by the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences from 15 to 19 March 2022, the conference will bring together speakers from around the world in nearly 100 sections in addition to plenary sessions. The conferences beyond the borders provide an excellent opportunity for the PhD student to acquire an international perspective, which he can use in the Hungarian sphere, as well as to create a wide-spectrum opportunity for publication and presentation, thus enriching the Hungarian scientific life.
Cross-border conferences provide an excellent opportunity for the PhD student to acquire an international perspective, which he can make great use of in the Hungarian sphere, as well as the possibility of wide-spectrum publication and lecture, both in the form of university seminars and lectures, with which he is able to pass on the acquired knowledge to the students, thus improving the horizons of the next generation and by participating in scientific conferences and by participating in the scientific conferences and by working on the project, it provides an excellent opportunity to get to know the latest trends, legislative changes, the resulting questions and the appropriate international answers to them widely, thus enriching the Hungarian scientific life.

Az NKFI Alap nagyvonalú támogatása, lehetővé tette részvételemet két neves konferencián, az ICPLCPS 2022-en és az Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences 60. éves találkozóján. A World Academy of Sciences által szervezett ICPLCPS-en "Online Crime of Violence on Virtual Platforms" címmel, míg Washington DC-ben az "Self-driving vehicles and the European Convention on Human Rights" témában tartottam előadást. Az NKFI Alap támogatása nélkül nem lehettem volna jelen e fontos eseményeken, és hálás vagyok, hogy egyedüli magyarként képviselhettem Magyarországot, a Pécsi Tudományegyetem Állam- és Jogtudományi Kart és Doktori Iskolát. A támogatás lehetővé tette számomra, hogy bemutassam kutatásaimat, kapcsolatokat építsek a szakma kiválóságaival, és megosszam tapasztalataimat a nemzetközi közösséggel. A prezentációim széleskörű figyelmet kaptak, és értékes visszajelzéseket kaptam. A konferenciák gazdag programjai lehetővé tették, hogy naprakész legyek a jogi fejleményekkel és trendekkel kapcsolatban. Az interakciók során szerzett tapasztalatok és kapcsolatok gazdagították szakmai és személyes horizontomat. Az Önök támogatása meghatározó volt szakmai fejlődésem szempontjából, és hosszú távú hatással lesz a szakmai tevékenységeimre. The generous support of the NKFI Fund enabled my participation in two prestigious conferences: ICPLCPS 2022 and the 60th Annual Meeting of the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences. At the ICPLCPS organized by The World Academy of Sciences, I delivered a presentation titled "Online Crime of Violence on Virtual Platforms." Subsequently, in Washington DC, I presented on the topic "Self-driving vehicles and the European Convention on Human Rights."Without the support of the NKFI Fund, my presence at these significant events would not have been possible. I am grateful for the opportunity to represent Hungary, the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences, and the Doctoral School of the University of Pécs as the sole Hungarian participant. The funding allowed me to showcase my research, establish connections with leading professionals in the field, and share my experiences with the international community. My presentations received widespread attention, and I received valuable feedback. The conferences' rich programs facilitated staying updated on legal developments and trends. The experiences and connections gained during interactions enriched both my professional and personal horizons. The support provided by NKFI Fund was pivotal for my professional development and will have a lasting impact on my future activities.
