Az OTKA T034551 kutatas fo eredmenyei. Szoros kettoscsillagok fotometriai vizsgalatat vegeztuk. Fotoelektromos minimum idopontokat kozoltunk (5 publikacio). Uj periodust hataroztunk meg az AQ Comae-ra (1 publikacio). Uj modszert javasoltunk a W UMa tip. csillagokon alpulo tavolsagmeghatarozasra (3 publikacio). Vizsgaltuk a V842 Her, es a V861 Her periodus, es fenygorbevaltozasait (1, illetve 4 publikacio). Vizsgaltuk a GSC 3822-1056 overcontact kettoscsillagot. Tanulmanyoztuk a periodusvaltozasokat. es meghataroztuk a rendszerparametereket.(1 publikacio). Vizsgaltuk az IM Aur kettos rendszer periodusvaltozasait.Kimutattuk egy harmadik komponens jelenletet (2 publikacio). Foltmodellezest vegeztunk az SV Cam aktiv kettoscsillagra (2 publikacio). Vizsgaltuk az SV Cam periodusvaltozasait is (1 publ.) Vizsgaltuk a TT Arietis kataklizmikus valtozocsillagot. Tobbszor meghataroztuk a szuperhump periodusokat. QPO-kat mertunk, illetve hataroztunk meg (2 publikacio). Legujabb mereseink szerint a TT Ari 1997-2004 pozitiv szuperhump allapota befejezodott. Kitorest figyeltunk meg. Igen kis amplitudoval mar latszik a negativ szuprhump jellegu fenyvaltozas. (1 publikacio). Csillagaszattorteneti munkakat kozoltunk (2 publikacio). W UMa tipusu csillagok eseteben vizsgaltuk a komponensek kozotti energiaaramlast, illetve cseret.(1 publikacio). Kulonfele nemzetkozi tudomanyos konferenciakon tartottunk eloadasokat, illetve allitottunk ki posztert.(6 eloadas, 6 poszter)

Main results of OTKA T 034551 We ivestgated close binary stars. We measured photoelectric times of minima (5 publications). We determined new period for AQ Comae (1 publ.). We proposed a new ditance determination method for W UMa stars (3 publ.). We investigated the system V842 her and V 861 Her for period and lightcurve variations. (1 and 4 publications). We studied the overcontact system GSC 3822-1056. We studied the period changes, and determined the system parameters (1 publ.). We investigated the period changes in the system IM Aur. We established the presence of a third body in the system (2 publ.). We did spot model determinations for the system SV Camelopardalis (2 publ.). We investigated period changes in the system SV Cam (1 publ.). We measured the cataclysmic variable TT Arietis. We determined different superhump periods. We measured QPOs (2 publ.). According to our newest observations the positive superhump status of TT Ari Has ended. We obseved an outburst in the system. We observed (with small amplitude) the new negative superhump variations (1 publ.). We presented papers in the field of history of astronomy (2 publ.). We investigated energy transfer processes in W UMa systems (1 publ.). We took part at different international astronomical conferences. We presented 6 oral lectures and 6 posters.
