kutatási eredmények (magyarul)
A projektben az Európai Unió irányelvei közül a következő főbb témakörök köré csoportosíthatók a hibrid eljárások alkalmzásán alapuló eredményeink: 1.) használt természeti erőforrások, anyag és energia, újrahasznosítása 2.) elkerülhetetlen emissziók káros hatásának csökkentése, esetleges anyag visszanyeréssel, 3.) tiszta technológiák alkalmazhatósága a fenti célok megvalósításában. Ezek az eredményeink: 1.) Új hibrid desztillációs technikát, az extraktív heteroazeotrop desztillációt fejlesztettünk ki, mellyel a használt oldószerelegyekből az értékes anyagok gazdaságosan és környezetkímélően visszanyerhetők. Integrált desztillációkat vizsgáltunk, és javasoltuk azok környezetközpontú használatát. Életciklus elemzéssel igazoltuk a hibrid eljárások hatékonyságát. 2.) A levegőbe és vízbe kerülő emissziók csökkentését vizsgálva rámutattunk a környezetileg leghatékonyabb füstgáz kénmentesítő megoldásra, valamint a szennyvizek ill. hulladékvizek fiziko-kémiai kezeléssel történő ártalmatlanítására. Az emissziók csökkentése mellett lehetőség volt a nyersanyagok recirkulációjára is. 3.) A tiszta technológiák közül elsősorban a membránelválasztásokat vizsgálunk eredményesen. Metodológiát javasoltunk azok mérnöki célú modellezésére, és desztillációval történő hibrid eljárásban megvalósuló alkalmazására. Vizsgáltuk a hibrid eljárások irányíthatóságát. Eredményeink gyakorlati alkalmazhatóságát eredményes ipari megvalósítások igazolják.

The results of the current research can be assigned to the following major area of the European Union: 1.) recovery and recycling of used natural resources, raw material or processed raw material, and energy, 2.) reduction of the detrimental effect of inevitable emissions with possible material recovery, 3.) the role of the clean technologies in the realisation of these aims. These new results of ours are the following: 1.) New hybrid distillation technique, the so called extractive heteroazeotropic distillation is developed, which is able to recover enviromental friendly useful materials from used solvent mixtures. Integrated ditillation techniques are recommneded for environmental oriented applications. Life cycle assessment is used to evaluated the efficiencies of these techniques. 2.)In the case of the resarch of the air and water pollutions, we point out to the most environmntal efficient flue gas desulphurisation alternative and the phyciso-chemical treatment of wastewaters/process waters. 3.) Among the clean technologies we investigate succesfully the membrane separation alternatives. We recommend a methoology or the engineering modelling of such alternatives in the frame of hybrid processes being combined with distillation. We study the controllability of the hybrid processes. The practical importance of our results is proved with successful industrial applications.
