A tervezett kutatás célja a hipoid fogaskerekek és ívelt fogú kúpkerekek optimális fogkorrekciójának a meghatározása az új, hatszabadságfokú, CNC szerszámgépek adta lehetőségek alapján.
A tervezett kutatás részfeladatai:
a.) A hipoid fogaskerekek és íveltfogú kúpkerekek geometriájának meghatározása a hatszabadságfokú, CNC szerszámgépek mozgáslehetőségeinek a függvényében, valamint azon szerszámgépbeállítási paraméterek kiválasztása, amelyek lehetővé teszik a fogfelületgeometria optimális változtatását.
b.) Az új módszerrel generált hipoid fogaskerekek és íveltfogú kúpkerekek kapcsolódásának terhelés alatti vizsgálata. Az erre a célra kifejlesztett számítógépes program alkalmazásával az aktuális terheléseloszlás számítása, valamint a hajtott nagykerék összetett szögelfordulási hibájának a meghatározása. A szerszámgépbeállítási paraméterek változtatására alkalmazott függvények befolyásának a meghatározása a maximális fogfelületi nyomásra, terheléseloszlási tényezőre és a fogaskerékpár áttételi arányának a változására.
c.) A hipoid fogaskerékpár és kúpkerékpár termoelasztohidrodinamikus kenésvizsgálata. A szerszámgépbeállítási paraméterek változtatására felállított függvények befolyásának vizsgálata a kenési viszonyokra és paraméterekre, az erre kifejlesztett számítógépes program segítségével.
d.) Az előbbi pontok szerint végzett kutatások eredményei alapján az optimális fogaskerékkapcsolódási viszonyokat biztosító foggenerálási törvényszerűségek meghatározása.

The planned research is directed towards the determination of optimal tooth modifications of hypoid and spiral bevel gears processed by six-axis free-form machine tools.
The research tasks are:
a.) The determination of the geometry of hypoid and spiral bevel gears due to the possible variation of movements, directed by prescribed rules, of six-axis free-form machine tools during tooth processing and the choice of machine setting parameters insuring the optimal modification of tooth geometry.
b.) The loaded tooth contact analysis of hypoid and spiral bevel gears processed by six-axis free-form machine tools. By applying the newly developed computer program the calculation of actual load distribution and of angular displacement of the driven gear due to tooth modifications. The investigation of the influence of rules for machine tool setting parameter variations on maximal tooth contact pressure, load distribution factor and transmission errors.
c.) The full thermo-elastohydrodynamic analysis of lubrication of modified hypoid and spiral bevel gears. By applying the corresponding computer program the investigation of the influence of rules for machine tool setting parameter variations on the conditions and quality of elastohydrodynamic lubrication.
d.) On the basis of the obtained results the optimization of rules for machine tool setting parameter variations for hypoid and spiral bevel gear manufacture.

a.) Meghatároztuk a hipoid fogaskerekek és íveltfogú kúpkerekek geometriáját a hatszabadságfokú, CNC szerszámgépek mozgáslehetőségeinek a függvényében. Kiválasztottuk azon szerszámgép-beállítási paramétereket, amelyek lehetővé teszik a fogfelületgeometria optimális változtatását. b.) Elvégeztük az új módszerrel generált hipoid fogaskerekek és íveltfogú kúpkerekek kapcsolódásának terhelés alatti vizsgálatát, ami magában foglalta a terheléseloszlás meghatározását a pillanatnyilag kapcsolódásban lévő fogpárok között, valamint ezen fogpárok érintkezési vonalai mentén. Az erre a célra kifejlesztett számítógépes program alkalmazásával számítottuk az aktuális terheléseloszlást, valamint meghatároztuk a hajtott nagykerék összetett szögelfordulási hibáját. Meghatároztuk a szerszámgépbeállítási paraméterek változtatására alkalmazott függvények befolyását a maximális fogfelületi nyomásra, terheléseloszlási tényezőre és a fogaskerékpár áttételi arányának az ingadozására. A függvények optimizálása után, meghatároztuk a CNC fogazógép mozgásparamétereinek megfelelő változását. c.) Elvégeztük a hipoid fogaskerékpár és kúpkerékpár termo-elasztohidrodinamikus kenésvizsgálatát. Az újonnan kifejlesztett számítógépes program segítségével vizsgáltuk a szerszámgép-beállítás paramétereinek változtatására felállított függvények befolyását a kenési viszonyokra és paraméterekre. d.) Az előbbi pontok szerint végzett kutatások eredményei alapján meghatároztuk az optimális fogaskerékkapcsolódási viszonyokat biztosító foggenerálási törvényszerűségeket.
kutatási eredmények (angolul)
a.) We have determined the geometry of face-milled hypoid and spiral bevel gears due to the possible movements of the six-axis free-form CNC machine-tools. The machine-tool setting parameters insuring the optimal modification of tooth geometry were determined. b.) The loaded tooth contact analysis of hypoid and spiral bevel gears processed by six-axis free-form CNC machine-tools was performed. It included the determination of load sharing among the instantaneously engaged tooth pairs and load distribution along the contact lines of contacting tooth pairs. On the basis of the obtained results, optimal polynomial functions up to fifth order were developed for the conduction of machine-tool setting to decrease the maxi-mum tooth contact pressure and transmission errors. An algorithm was developed for the exe-cution of motions on the CNC hypoid generators conducted by these polynomial functions. c.) The full thermo-elastohydrodynamic analysis of lubrication in face-milled modified hypoid and spiral bevel gears was carried out. By applying the corresponding computer program the influence of the rules for machine-tool setting parameter variations on the conditions and quality of elastohydrodynamic lubrication was investigated. d.) On the basis of the obtained results the optimization of the geometry of the face-milled hypoid and spiral bevel gears and the determination of the corresponding machine-tool settings were carried out.
