A politico-morális irodalom műveire eddig néhány utalás történt a szakirodalomban /Tarnai Andor és Bíró Ferenc/. Az említett művek gyökere főként a 17. század fejedelmi tükreire megy vissza, amelyek főszereplője az elmélkedő ember. A művek jelentős része Faludi Ferenc fordításainak a rokonságába tartozik. A 18. században azonban már látványosan változtak a bölcs tanácsok, ugyanis az evilági boldog élet elérése lett a fő cél. A művek forrásai is bővültek. A bibliai jelképek és toposzok, valamint az antik szerzők után a keresztény sztoicizmus és a keleti filozófia tanai is hatottak a művek eszmeiségére. Az alkalmazott műfajok is változatosabá váltak. A maxima és az értekezés mellé csatlakozott az oktatómese és a példázatos történet is. A keresztény morál eszméi átalakultak derűs, evilági szabályokká. Megfigyelhető egyfajta sajátos fejlődési ív is, ami az államelméleti irodalomtól (17. század) indult, s a laicizálódott, oktató-gyönyörködtető kézikönyveken át (18. sz. közepe) jutott el az államregények irányába (18. sz. vége). A kutatás célja - lehetőség szerint minél teljesebb számban - a politico-morális gondolatok jegyében íródott 17-18. sz-i művek összehasonlító-elemző vizsgálata. Az említett időszak moralizáló irodalmi műveinek és alkotóinak kutatása után, az eredményeket rögzítve szeretnénk hiánypótló fejezettel szolgálni az irodalomtörténet-írás számára.

On the theme happened some citations in the scientific literature (by Andor Tarnai and Ferenc Bíró). The mentioned works is root mainly the princely mirrors, which chief character is contemplative people. The majority of the literary works related to Ferenc Faludi's translations. Already changed at the wide advice spectacularly in the 18. century, namely will be targed at the wordly, happy life. The works of sources are is splay. Influence on the work's ideas with the Christian stoicism and oriental philosophy doctrines also after the ancient authors and biblical symbols and topics. The genres went various. Acceded to the maxim and tractate aside didactic fable and allegory story also. Changed is the Christian morals ideas to the cheerful, wordly rules. Noticiable a sort of special phase, of development, also which started from the theoretical state literature (17. century) laicized didactic-delightful literature reference book (in the middleof 18. century) to got to toward state novel (in the end of 18. century). My scientific research's target is possibly to examine at the all political-moral works in the 17-18. century. I'd like to serve with the stop-gap chapter for the literary history writing with my bibliography and scientific artics.
