A kutatás összefoglalója, célkitűzései szakemberek számára Itt írja le a kutatás fő célkitűzéseit a témában jártas szakember számára. A pályázat célja a K84159-es számú Magyarország honfoglalás kori és Árpád-kori sírleletei című projekt során elkészült negyedik kézirat, azaz egy régészeti és történeti szempontból is rendkívül fontos terület és időszak anyagát feldolgozó kötet, Kovács László: A Taktaköz 10–11. századi sír- és szórványleletei, valamint a tiszalúc-sarkadi 11. századi temető című munkájának nyomdai kiadása. A kötet kézirata elkészült, részben megszerkesztett; a PUB-K jelű pályázat támogatásával a munka nyomdai előkészítési és nyomdai költségeit szeretnénk kifizetni.
Mi a kutatás alapkérdése? Ebben a részben írja le röviden, hogy mi a kutatás segítségével megválaszolni kívánt probléma, mi a kutatás kiinduló hipotézise, milyen kérdéseket válaszolnak meg a kísérletek. A kutatás a Taktaköz 10-11. századi történetére szeretne fényt deríteni, olyan kérdések tisztázásával, mint a magyar honfoglalók beköltözésének kérdései, vagy például mi az, amit Anonymus műve elárul a Taktaközről, avagy a térség 10-11. századi anyagi kultúrájának (tárgyak, temetkezési szokások, kincsleletek stb.) tipológiai kérdései, illetve a térség településtörténete.
Mi a kutatás jelentősége? Röviden írja le, milyen új perspektívát nyitnak az alapkutatásban az elért eredmények, milyen társadalmi hasznosíthatóságnak teremtik meg a tudományos alapját. Mutassa be, hogy a megpályázott kutatási területen lévő hazai és a nemzetközi versenytársaihoz képest melyek az egyediségei és erősségei a pályázatának! A neves régész szerző a Taktaköz 10-11. századra datálható mintegy 10 fontos lelőhelyét, illetve ezek leletanyagát dolgozta fel. Raktári, adattári, levéltári és szakirodalmi kutásai révén nemcsak a lelőhelyek helyszínének vagy a leletek előkerülésének körülményeit tisztázta, de lemért és leírt, valamint tipológiailag rendszerezett minden 10-11. századra datálható leletet. De foglalkozott e fontos térség temetkezési szokásaival és településtörténetével is, kitérve a területre vonatkozó írott források kritikai elemzésére, illetve a térség helyneveinek vizsgálatára is. Nem lehet kellően hangsúlyozni, hogy a térség és az időszak a magyar történelem szempontjából milyen fontos.
A kutatás összefoglalója, célkitűzései laikusok számára Ebben a fejezetben írja le a kutatás fő célkitűzéseit alapműveltséggel rendelkező laikusok számára. Ez az összefoglaló a döntéshozók, a média, illetve az érdeklődők tájékoztatása szempontjából különösen fontos az NKFI Hivatal számára. A magyar történelem szempontjából rendkívül fontos kelet-magyarországi régió honfoglalás kori és kora Árpád-kori régészeti anyagának felgyűjtése készült most el. A kötetben összegyűjtött és értékelt adatok egyértelművé teszik a magyar honfoglalás és államalapítás kiemelkedő szerepét a régió történetében. A Kárpát-medence és a magyarság régmúltjának jobb megismerése és megértése szempontjából nagyon fontos lenne e kötet megjelentetése, amely valóban reális képet fest a terület 10-11. századi történetéről, anyagi és szellemi kultúrájáról.
Summary
Summary of the research and its aims for experts Describe the major aims of the research for experts. The aim of the project is to publish the fourth completed (finished) manuscript of our four years project (Grave-goods of Hungary from the Age of the Hungarian Landtaking and the Early Arpadians (K84159)). László Kovács’s book (10–11th century Grave findings and stray finds of Taktaköz, and the 11th century cemetery of Tiszalúc-Sarkad) is about a very important region and a very important era. The manuscript is ready to publish, it was edited as well. We would like to finance the press costs of this book with the help of this PUB-K tender.
What is the major research question? Describe here briefly the problem to be solved by the research, the starting hypothesis, and the questions addressed by the experiments. The aim of this research is to shed light on the history of Taktaköz in the 10th-11th centuries with the help of answering the following questions: in which way did the Hungarian tribes conquest these regions? or What does Anonymus’ work tell us about Taktaköz? or What can we say about the material culture of the region in 10th-11th century (artefacts, funerary customs, treasures etc.) or the settlement system of this region?
What is the significance of the research? Describe the new perspectives opened by the results achieved, including the scientific basics of potential societal applications. Please describe the unique strengths of your proposal in comparison to your domestic and international competitors in the given field. The archaeologist author of distinction has collected the data of 10 important archaeological sites dated to 10–11th century. Not only has he cleared the exact position of the sights and the circumstances of the archaeological excavations, but he also has measured and written down all the finds of the 10-11th centuries. He has systematised and evaluated this huge amount of material as well. As a consequense, he has written the complex history of the region based on the archaeological finds of the 10-11th century, and he has done a critical analysis on the written sources deal with this region, and the toponyms of Taktaköz as well. It cannot be stressed enough, how important this region and period are from the respect of the Hungarian history.
Summary and aims of the research for the public Describe here the major aims of the research for an audience with average background information. This summary is especially important for NRDI Office in order to inform decision-makers, media, and others. What has been completed here is the collection of the archaeological material of this important Eastern part of Hungary of the landtaking and the early Arpadean period, which has outstanding importance from the respect of the Hungarian history. On the basis of the collected and evaluated data of this volume it becomes obvious that the Hungarian landtaking and foundation of the Hungarian kingdom had an extrem importance in the history of this region. The publishing of this volume, which shows a real picture of the ethnic relations and the history of this region in the 10-11th centuries, would be vital from the respect of the better understanding of the history of the Carpathian basin and the Hungarian people.

A pályázatunk (PUB-K 114612) célja a K84159-es számú „Magyarország honfoglalás kori és kora Árpád-kori sírleletei” kutatási projektünk keretében elkészült negyedik monográfia: Kovács László „A Taktaköz 10–11. századi sír- és szórványleletei, valamint a tiszalúc-sarkadi 11. századi temető” című munkájának megjelentetése volt. (A fő pályázatunk témája a Kárpát-medence honfoglalás kori és kora Árpád-kori sírleleteit feldolgozó korpusz-sorozat munkálatainak folytatását és kiterjesztését foglalja magában. A kutatás során újabb rendkívüli fontosságú térségek leletanyagát dolgoztuk fel: így Erdély, a Partium és a Bánság; a nyíri Mezőség, valamint a tiszalúci temető és a Taktaköz, a kalocsai Sárköz, valamint Győr és Moson megye hasonló korú leletanyagát). Kovács László munkája 2015 decemberében (pp 359 /58 tábla ISBN: 978-963-306-428-3) kijött a nyomdából, a feladatot tehát sikerrel teljesítettük. A kötetből a következő intézményeknek küldtünk példányokat: ELTE Központi Könyvtár, ELTE Régészeti Intézet Könyvtára, SZTE Központi Könyvtár (Klebersberg Könyvtár), SZTE Régészeti Tanszéki Könyvtár, Miskolci Egyetem Központi Könyvtár, PTE Központi Könyvtár, PTE Régészeti Tanszéki Könyvtár, DE Központi Könyvtár, PPKE Központi Könyvtár, PPKE Régészeti Tanszéki Könyvtár, KRE Központi Könyvtár, MNM Könyvtára, MTA Könyvtára, MTA BTK Régészeti Intézetének Könyvtára. Az OSZK-nak elküldtük a köteles példányokat is, valamint eljuttattunk egy példányt az OTKA Irodához is.

The aim of our tender is the publication of the fourth finished monography „10th–11th century graves and stray finds of the Taktaköz Region and the 11th-century cemetery of Tiszalúc-Sarkad” by László Kovács of our project (Grave-goods of Hungary from the Age of the Hungarian Landtaking and the Early Arpadians). The topic of our research involves the continuation and extension of the works of the corpus-series on the archaeological grave goods from the period of the Hungarian Conquest and the Early Arpadian Age in the Carpathian Basin. We do research on new important areas, like Transylvania, the „nyíri Mezőség”, the cemeteries of Tiszalúc and the „Taktaköz”, the Sárköz of Kalocsa). László Kovács’s book has out of print since the december of 2015, so we have completed the task successfully. We have sent copies of this book to the following institutes: Library of ELTE, Library of the Dep. of Arch. of ELTE, Library of Univ. of Szeged, Library of the Dep. of Arch. of Univ. of Szeged, Library of Univ. of Miskolc, Library of Univ. of Pécs, Library of the Dep. of Arch. of Univ. of Pécs, Library of Univ. of Debrecen, Library of Pázmány P. Catholic Univ., Library of the Depart. of Arch. of Pázmány Péter Catholic Univ., Library of Károli G. Univ., Library of the Hungarian Nat. Museum, Library of the HAS, Library of the Arch.
