A nap- és csillagaktivitás mögött húzódó mechanizmus, azaz a mágneses dinamó megfigyelhető összetevőire fókuszáltunk. Átfogó tanulmányunkban vörös óriáscsillagok flerjeit vizsgáltuk, és arra a következtetésre jutottunk, hogy a csillagok flerjeit (beleértve a Napot is) hasonló fizikai folyamatok eredményezik. Az eddigi legszélesebb körű elemzés során a nap- és csillagkoronák kémiai elemgyakorisági anomáliáit vizsgáltuk (FIP- és I-FIP-effektus), és azt találtuk, hogy az effektív hőmérséklet-FIP-eltérés összefüggése bimodális jellegű, azaz bonyolultabb, mint korábban gondoltuk. Szoros kettősrendszerekben vizsgáltuk, hogyan hatnak az árapályerők a csillagdinamóra, Megállapítottuk, hogy a kísérőcsillag által kifejtett gravitációs erők jelentősen korlátozhatják az aktív komponens konvektív burkának differenciális rotációját. Több esetben tapasztaltuk, hogy a csillagdinamók nem feltétlenül mutatják a Nap esetén megfigyelt ciklikus jelleget. Az XX Tri óriáscsillag 16 éves adatsorának elemzéséből a csillagban nem periodikus, kaotikus dinamóra következtettünk. A lakható zónák kőzetanyagú exobolygóinak belső szerkezetét modellezve arra jutottunk, hogy jelentős hányaduk kiterjedt folyékony vízkészlettel rendelkezik, vízgőz-légkört tart fenn, sőt felszínét akár hatalmas vízóceánok boríthatják. Ismert exobolygók körül keringő hipotetikus exoholdak lakhatóságát is vizsgáltuk. Kiszámoltuk, hogy az ismert exobolygók egy része körül valószínűleg stabil pályán lakható exoholdak vannak.
Results in English
The mechanism behind solar and stellar activity is the magnetic dynamo, so we took its observable components as the subject of our investigation. We carried out an extensive study of flaring giant stars and concluded that flaring stars (including the Sun) share common background physics. In the most comprehensive analysis to date, we looked at chemical abundance anomalies in the solar and stellar coronae (FIP- and I-FIP effects) and found that the effective temperature-FIP-bias diagram is not as simple a relationship as previously thought. Our result is a new observation that poses a theoretical challenge. We investigated how tidal interactions in close binary systems affect the stellar dynamo, and found that the gravitational forces exerted by the companion star can significantly constrain the differential rotation of the active component. in many cases we have come across that the dynamo operation in stars does not show the quasi-cyclic behavior observed in the Sun. In a specific case, from the 16-year observation data set of XX Tri, we infer a mostly chaotic, probably non-periodic dynamo. Based on modeling the interiors of habitable-zone rocky exoplanets, we suggest that many may have extensive liquid water reservoirs, sustain water vapor atmospheres, and may actually be examples of larger oceanic worlds. We investigated the habitability of hypothetical moons orbiting known exoplanets. We provided a list of known exoplanets which may host habitable moons on stable orbits.
