A Csillagászati és Földtudományi Kutatóközpont koordinálásával végrehajtottuk az Egy Hét a Csillagok Alatt 2022 tíznapos tudománynépszerűsítő programot 2022. augusztus 5. és 14. között. A Magyar Csillagászati Egyesület titkárságársa és önkéntes aktivistáira támaszkodva több mint 80 helyszínen vártuk a csillagászat iránt érdeklődőket esti távcsöves bemutatásokkal, nyilvános előadásokkal, mindösszesen 171 egyedi programmal. Az eseménysorozattal kb. 15 ezer résztvevőt értünk el.
A kapcsolódó onlájn médiakampány részeként rendszeresen jelentkező ismeretterjesztő műsorokkal jelentkeztünk. Kiss László (CSFK) kivitelezésében 31 videó jelent meg Magyar Titok címmel, a teljes műsorfolyam összesített nézettség közel 80 ezer. Emellett az Élő csillagászat Kiss Lászlóval sorozat ötödik évadát is bevontuk a projektbe (11 videó). Barna Barnabás és Ordasi András (SZTE) Csillagfényben címmel 13 videót vett fel, a Chillagász YouTube-csatornán közel 10 ezer nézővel. Mizser Attila (MCSE) négy szenior magyar csillagásszal készített videós interjút a projekt "oral history" alprogramjában.
2022. augusztus 4-én dedikált sajtónyilvános eseményen bemutattuk az Egy Hét a Csillagok Alatt programját a Svábhegyi Csillagvizsgáló területén. Ennek eredményeként a magyar média soha nem látott részletességgel számolt be a csillagászati rendezvénysorozatról, az Observer médiafigyelő jelentése alapján több milió főhöz eljuttatva a projekt fő tevékenységének hírét.

Coordinated by the Research Centre for Astronomy and Earth Sciences, we have executed the 10-days long program of the "One Week Under the Stars 2022" between August 5-14, 2022. With extensive help from the Hungarian Astronomical Association we have organized 171 individual events at over 80 locations nationwide. The total number of participants is about 15,000.
As part of the media campaign, we have regularly published popular online astronomical videos/podcasts. Lászlo Kiss (RCAES) recorded 31 videos under the title "Hungarian Secret", with a total number of views about 80 thousand. The fifth season of "Live Astronomy with Laszlo Kiss" was also fully dedicated to this project. Barnabás Barna and András Ordasi (Univ. of Szeged) recorded 13 videos ("Csillagfényben") about astronomical news, reaching approximately to 10,000 viewers. The main platform was YouTube for these videos. Attila Mizser (HAA) recorded four interviews with senior Hungarian astronomers as part of the "oral history" sub-program of this project.
On August 4, 2022, we held a dedicated event for the Hungarian press about the main activities of the "One Week Under the Stars". The media reports that were published in response reached to millions of Hungarians (based on reports from the Observer media review company).
