a, Az Európai Zöld Megállapodás célkitűzése a klímasemleges társadalom (gazdaság és környezet) megvalósítása az EU-ban 2050-re, sőt az EU vezető szerepet vállal az éghajlatváltozás elleni globális küzdelemben.

A részvétel várható hatása és jelentősége a saját kutatói karrier építésében
a, A konferencián való részvétel később az oktatásban hozzájárul szakmai tudásom és előremenetelem bővítéséhez közös tudományos publikációk írásával (még több nemzetközi társzerző bevonásával). Jelentősen hozzájárul interkulturális kompetenciám fejlesztéséhez. Segíti a későbbi karrier mobilitásomat. A konferencián való részvétel multi- és interdiszciplináris fórumot teremt ötletek, tapasztalatok, legjobb gyakorlatok és felmerülő kérdések vitájára az energetikai gazdaságtan iránt érdeklődő szakemberek körében, vagyis nemzetközi szakmai kommunikációt biztosít a partnerek között.
b, A témában elfogadott kéziratokat a Scopusban vagy a Web of Science által indexált tudományos folyóiratokban publikálom 2022 júliusától 2023 decemberéig. A rangos nemzetközi folyóiratokban publikált tudományos közleményeim jelentősen hozzájárulnak az akadémia előmenetelemhez, további kutatási pályázatok indításához és nemzetközi kapcsolataim bővítéséhez.

A rendezvény jellege, célja és jelentősége a nemzetközi tudományos életben
a, Az Európai Zöld Megállapodás célkitűzése a klímasemleges társadalom (gazdaság és környezet) megvalósítása az EU-ban 2050-re, sőt az EU vezető szerepet vállal az éghajlatváltozás elleni globális küzdelemben. Az egyik legnagyobb feladat az energiapiac szénmentesítése, holott a megújuló energia aránya a végső energiafogyasztásban 20% körül alakul az EU átlagában, hazánkban még ennél is alacsonyabb. A konferencia nyitott az energia- és a környezetgazdálkodás szakterületeire vonatkozó kutatás bemutatására. Az energetika területén az előadásra szánt témák a megújuló energia termelésére, az elosztásra, a kereskedelmi és a pénzügyi piacokra terjednek ki. A környezetvédelem a gazdaságpolitika (körforgásos gazdaság és biokonómia), az innovációra (üzleti modellek), a digitalizáció és az intézmények témaköreit érinti.
b, A nemzetközi konferencia az alábbi témák köré csoportosul: közgazdaságtan, vállalati gazdaságtan, vállalkozások menedzsmentje, üzleti adminisztráció és kkv-k irányítása, pénzügy és banki tevékenység, biztosítás, kockázatkezelés, innovációk, regionális és nemzeti innovációs rendszer, számvitel és könyvvizsgálat, statisztikai és matematikai módszerek, vállalkozások marketingje, munkagazdaságtan; szociális és munkaügyi politikák, társadalmi-,gazdasági és intézményi kérdések a környezetgazdálkodásban (energiapiacot különösen érinti).

a. The goal of the European Green Agreement is to achieve a climate-neutral society (economy and environment) in the EU by 2050, and the EU is even taking the lead in the global fight against climate change.
b. The international conference is grouped around management topics.
Expected impact and significance of participation in building your own research career
a. Participation in the conference will later, in an educational context, contribute to the expansion of my professional knowledge and progress by writing joint scientific publications. It contributes significantly to the development of my intercultural competence. It helps my later career mobility. Participation in the conference provides a multi- and interdisciplinary forum for the discussion of ideas, experiences, best practices and emerging issues among professionals interested in energy economics, i.e. it provides international professional communication between partners.
b. I will publish manuscripts on the topic in Scopus or in scientific journals indexed by the Web of Science from July 2022 to December 2023. My scientific publications published in prestigious international journals contribute significantly to my academic advancement, the launch of further research applications, and the expansion of my international connections.
Summary and aims of the project for a general audience
Provide a short, general introduction to the international event to be visited, the purpose of the participation, and its expected results.
a. The goal of the European Green Agreement is to achieve a climate-neutral society (economy and environment) in the EU by 2050, and the EU is even taking the lead in the global fight against climate change. One of the biggest tasks is the decarbonisation of the energy market, although the share of renewable energy in final energy consumption is around 20% on average in the EU, and in Hungary it is even lower. The conference is open to the presentation of research in the fields of energy and environmental management. In the field of energy, the topics covered will cover renewable energy production, distribution, trade and financial markets. Environmental protection covers economic policy (the circular economy and the bio-economy), innovation (business models), digitalisation and institutions.
b. The international conference will focus on the following topics: economics, business economics, business management, business administration and SME governance, finance and banking, insurance, risk management, innovation, regional and national innovation systems, accounting and auditing, statistics and mathematical methods, business marketing, labour economics; social and labour policies, social, economic and institutional issues in environmental management (particularly affecting the energy market).
