A projekt keretében támogatott nemzetközi tudományos/innovációs rendezvény bemutatása Mutassa be a szervezés alatt álló nemzetközi rendezvény jellegét, célját, programját, célcsoportját és jelentőségét a nemzetközi, illetve hazai tudományos élet szempontjából. A konferencia kitűnő lehetőséget biztosít a magyar és külföldi szakembereknek arra, hogy bemutassák aktuális kutatási tevékenységeik eredményét, valamint ezekből kiindulva közös projektekbe, együttműködésekbe kezdjenek. Elsősorban európai országokból várunk résztvevőket (Csehország, Lengyelország, Németország, Szerbia, stb.), de várhatóan lesznek résztvevők Ázsiából (Vietnám, Kína, Japán, Kazahsztán, stb.) és az USA-ból is. A vendégek nagyjából 50-60 %-a külföldi. A pályázott konferencia már nyolcadik alkalommal kerül megrendezésre. Az eddigi rendezvények alapján elmondható, hogy a résztvevők között nagyszámú együttműködés született, számos hazai és nemzetközi pályázat került beadásra, melyek között találhatunk nyertes projekteket is. Az eddigi konferenciákról pozitív visszajelzések érkeztek a résztvevőktől és sokan minden alkalommal visszatérnek további kapcsolatok kiépítésének lehetősége miatt. A konferencia az alábbi szakmai-kutatási területeket öleli fel: radon és toron izotópok a környezetben, csökkentésük lehetőségei; földkérgi izotópok a környezetben, mérési módszereik; élelmiszerekben és ivóvizekben található radionuklidok; építőanyagok radioaktivitása; NORM problémák; nukleáris létesítmények környezeti monitoringja. A konferencia felépítése a hagyományos menetrendet fogja követni. A meghívott kutatók az egyes szekciók elején összefoglaló jellegű előadásokat tartanak az adott szekció témakörében. Ennek célja a hallgatóság alapismereteinek bővítése az adott tématerületen. A hagyományos szóbeli vagy poszterelőadások keretében lehetőség nyílik aktuális problémák feltárására, új és érdekes eredmények, valamint jógyakorlatok bemutatására. Ezek mellett pedig a kerekasztal beszélgetések során egy-egy adott problémakör taglalása történik meg a témában leginkább jártas szakértők bevonásával.
A projekt összefoglalója, célkitűzései laikusok számára Adjon egy rövid, közérthető ismertetést a szervezés alatt álló nemzetközi rendezvényről és annak várható eredményeiről. A 2022-ben már nyolcadik alkalommal megrendezésre kerülő konferencia a hazai és nemzetközi szakemberek számára biztosít lehetőséget a közös kutatások, együttműködések elindítására. A nemzetközi résztvevők főként Európából érkeznek, de kínai, japán vagy vietnámi kutatók részvételére is számítunk. A konferencia során adott kutatási terület kiemelkedő szakértői fognak hosszabb előadásokat tartani, mellyel a résztvevők tudását szeretnénk bővíteni, az adott területhez kapcsolódó ismereteiket elmélyíteni. A résztvevőknek lehetősége van szóban vagy írásban (poszter) bemutatni a kutatásuk eredményeit, feltárni egy aktuális probléma hátterét. A Földkérgi izotópok a természetben nemzetközi konferencia fontos szerepet tölt be a hazai és külföldi szakemberek közötti kapcsolatok kiépítésében. Ennek eredménye látható a számos hazai és nemzetközi pályázatban és nyertes projektben. Ezen kívül a konferencia szervezői fontosnak tartják a tudományos utánpótlás nevelés és támogatást, melynek szellemében a PhD hallgatók és fiatal kutatók számára kedvezményes regisztrációs díjat tesznek elérhetővé.
Summary
Presentation of the international scientific/innovation event supported in the project Present the type, purpose, agenda, targeted audience, and significance of the international event organized in the international and domestic scientific community. The conference will provide an excellent opportunity for Hungarian and foreign experts to present the results of their current research activities and to start joint projects and collaborations. Participants are expected mainly from European countries (Czech Republic, Poland, Germany, Serbia, etc.), but it is also expected that there will be participants from Asia (Vietnam, China, Japan, Kazakhstan, etc.) and the USA. Approximately 50-60% of the guests are expected to be from abroad. The proposed conference will be the 8th of its kind. Based on the events so far, there has been a high level of cooperation between the participants and a large number of national and international proposals have been submitted, including winning projects. Positive feedback from participants has been received from previous conferences and many return every time for the opportunity to build further links. The conference will cover the following areas of technical research: radon and thoron isotopes in the environment and their mitigation options; terrestrial isotopes in the environment and their measurement methods; radionuclides in food and drinking water; radioactivity of building materials; NORM problems; environmental monitoring of nuclear installations. The structure of the conference will follow the traditional schedule. Invited researchers will give summary presentations on the topic of each session at the beginning of each session. The aim is to enhance the audience's basic knowledge of the topic. Traditional oral or poster presentations will provide an opportunity to explore current issues, present new and interesting findings and good practices. These are complemented by round table discussions on a specific issue, with the participation of experts with the most knowledge on the subject.
Summary and aims of the project for a general audience Provide a short, general introduction to the international event organized and its expected results. The proposed conference, which will be held for the eighth time in 2022, will provide an opportunity for national and international experts to start joint research and cooperation. International participants will mainly come from Europe, but we also expect the participation of researchers from China, Japan and Vietnam. The conference will feature longer presentations by eminent experts in the field, with the aim of broadening the participants' knowledge and deepening their understanding of the field. Participants will have the opportunity to present the results of their research orally or in writing (poster), exploring the background of current issues. The Terrestrial Radioisotopes in the Environment International Conference on Environmental Protection plays an important role in building links between national and international experts. The results of this can be seen in the many succesful national and international proposals and winning projects. In addition, the organisers of the conference attach great importance to the education and support of young scientists, in the spirit of which a reduced registration fee is made available to PhD students and young researchers.

The conference provided an excellent opportunity for Hungarian and foreign experts to present the results of their current research activities and to start joint projects and collaborations. Participants were mainly from European countries (the Czech Republic, Poland, Germany, Serbia, etc.), but there are several participants from Asia (Vietnam, China, Japan, Kazakhstan, etc.). Almost 60% of the guests came from abroad. The conference will cover the following areas of technical research: radon and thoron isotopes in the environment and their mitigation options; terrestrial isotopes in the environment and their measurement methods; radionuclides in food and drinking water; radioactivity of building materials; NORM problems; environmental monitoring of nuclear installations.
The Terrestrial Radioisotopes in the Environment International Conference on Environmental Protection play an important role in building links between national and international experts. The results of this can be seen in the many successful national and international proposals and winning projects.
In addition, the conference organizers attach great importance to the education and support of young scientists, in the spirit of which the registration fee for Ph.D. students and young researchers has been canceled.
