A projekt keretében látogatni tervezett nemzetközi tudományos/innovációs rendezvény bemutatása és a tervezett részvétel ismertetése Mutassa be a nemzetközi rendezvény jellegét, célját, szervezőit és jelentőségét a nemzetközi tudományos életben. Ismertesse a részvétel célját (pl. előadás, poszter, egyéb aktivitás), a rendezvényen való részvétel várható hatását és jelentőségét a saját kutatói karrier építésében. A Gordon kalcium jelátvitel konferencia (GRC-Calcium Signalling), valamint a 49.ik európai izomkonferencia (European Muscle Conference, EMC) specifikusan egy kutatási területre fókuszálnak és ezen eseményeken az adott terület legkiválóbb kutatói vesznek részt. Az eseménye(ke)n való részvétel lehetőséget ad az eredményeim prezentálására (előadás vagy poszter prezentáció formájában) amely(ek) után azt várom, hogy a kapott visszajelzések és javaslatok segíthetnek a további kísérletek tervezésében, a közlemények minél precízebb összeállításában és minél magasabb színvonalú újságban történő elfogadtatásában. Ezen felül az izomkutatókkal történő személyes kapcsolatok, kollaborációk kialakításában remélek segítséget a Gordon, valamint EMC konferenciákon történő részvétel nyomán. Mindkét esemény lehetőséget ad kiépíteni leendő kollaborációkat, illetve ápolni a már meglévő kapcsolatokat; a közös étkezések során lehetőség adódik a tudomány mellett más témákról is beszélgetni. Az előadások, valamint a poszter szekciók hangulata nagyon barátságos, kötetlen beszélgetésekre ad lehetőséget. A szabadidőben lehetőség nyílik közös kirándulásokra, sportolásra, közös városnézésre ami tovább erősítheti a személyes emberi kapcsolatokat. A rendezvénye(ke)n egy előadás tartására jelentkezem. Ezt a szervező bizottságnak jóvá kell hagyni. Ellenkező esetben egy poszter prezentációval készülök részt venni az adott eseményeken.
A projekt összefoglalója, célkitűzései laikusok számára Adjon egy rövid, közérthető ismertetést a látogatni tervezett nemzetközi rendezvényről, illetve a részvétel céljáról, várható eredményeiről. A Gordon kalcium jelátvitel konferencia (GRC- Calcium Signalling), valamint az 49.ik európai izomkonferencia (EMC) az izomkutatás minden rétegével foglalkozik és ezeken az eseményeken általában számos szenior valamint fiatal kutató vesz részt. A helyszín úgy van megválasztva, hogy a konferencia ideje alatt a kutatói közösség lehetőséget kapjon kapcsolatépítésre, kötetlen személyes és munka megbeszélésekre, a tudományos adatok megvitatására és nem utolsó sorban a kollaborációk kiépítésére. A rendezvénye(ke)n egy előadás vagy adott esetben poszter prezentációra jelentkezem. Az értékes és konstruktív visszajelzések során hasznos javaslatokat kaphatok a tudományos munkámmal kapcsolatban, amelyek jelentősen előre mozdíthatják az eredményeink tudományos folyóiratban történő közlésének lehetőségét, valamint a jövőbeli együttműködések lehetőségét is.
Summary
Presentation of the international scientific/innovation event to be visited in the project and description of the proposed participation Present the type, purpose, organizers, and significance of the international event in the scientific community. Present the purpose of the participation (e.g., paper, poster, other activity), the expected impact of the participation in the event and its significance in building your own research career. The Gordon Reasearch Conference on Calcium signalling and the 49th European Muscle Conference (EMC) focus specifically on muscle research and these events are generally attended by top researchers in that field. Participation in the event (s) provides an unique opportunity to present my results (in the form of an oral lecture or poster presentation). I expect the feedback and comments received may help me plan further experiments, compile the data for future publications as accurately as possible in order to publish them in the highest quality journal(s). In addition, I hope that by attending these meetings will facilitate me in establishing personal relationships and collaborations with muscle researchers from other laboratories with similar research interest. Both events provide an unique opportunity to build future collaborations and nurture existing relationships; during meals, there is a great opportunity to discuss other topics in addition to science. The atmosphere of the lectures and the poster sections allows for very friendly, informal conversations. In the free time between sessions there are opportunities for joint excursions, sports, sightseeing which activities can further strengthen personal human relationships.
Summary and aims of the project for a general audience Provide a short, general introduction to the international event to be visited, the purpose of the participation, and its expected results. The Gordon Calcium Signaling Conference (GRC) and the European Muscle Conference (EMC) cover all layers of muscle research and are usually attended by a great number of senior and young researchers. The venue is usually chosen in a manner to give the research community the opportunity to network, have informal face-to-face work discussions, discuss scientific data and, last but not least, build collaborations. At the event (s), I will apply for a lecture or possibly a poster presentation. I believe that following valuable and constructive feedback, I can get useful suggestions about my scientific work, which can significantly advance the possibility of publishing the results of my research in highly ranked scientific journal(s), as well as the possibility of future collaborations.

A Gordon konferencián egy posztert mutattam be melynek címe: „Investigating the role of skeletal endocannabinoid system on a muscle specific CB1R knock-down mouse model”: Zoltán Singlár*, Nyamkhuu Ganbat*, László Szabó, Péter Szentesi, László Csernoch, Mónika Sztretye. Ezzel kapcsolatban sokan érdeklődtek, érdekes és hasznos javaslatokat kaptam a munkával kapcsolatban és felmerült egy együttműködések a lehetősége Sandrine Pouvreau-el aki a Bordeaux –i egyetemen dolgozik.
Ezen kívül szakmai megbeszéléseket folyattattam Dr. Bradley Launikonis és Dr. Johanna Lanner-el akik a vázizom kutatás területen neves szaktekintélyeknek számítanak. Értékes javaslatokat kaptam a munkámmal kapcsolatosan, amik jelentősen előmozdítják a további kísérleteket és az eredmények jövőbeli közzétevését.
A prágai EMC konferencián egy előadást tartottam melynek címe: „Investigating the role of skeletal endocannabinoid system on a muscle specific CB1R knock-down mouse model”. Az előadást követően többen érdeklődtek a munkával kapcsolatban és értékes megjegyzéseket kaptam a kutatás kapcsán. Ezen kívül szakmai megbeszéléseket folyattattam Dr. Antonio Michelluccival aki a Perrugia-i egyetemen (Olaszország) dolgozik és a vázizomkutatás területen neves szaktekintélynek számít. Értékes javaslatokat kaptam a munkámmal kapcsolatosan, amik jelentősen előmozdítják a további kísérleteket és az eredmények jövőbeli közzé tevését.

At the Gordon conference, I presented a poster entitled: "Investigating the role of skeletal endocannabinoid system on a muscle specific CB1R knock-down mouse model"by Zoltán Singlár*, Nyamkhuu Ganbat*, László Szabó, Péter Szentesi, László Csernoch, Mónika Sztretye. Many people were interested in this work, I received interesting and useful suggestions regarding the research and the possibility of a collaboration with Sandrine Pouvreau, who works at the University of Bordeaux came up.
In addition, I had professional discussions with Dr. Bradley Launikonis and Dr. Johanna Lanner, who are well-known experts in the field of skeletal muscle research. I received valuable suggestions regarding my work from them, which helped significantly in planning further experiments.
At the EMC conference in Prague I gave a presentation at the conference entitled: "Investigating the role of skeletal endocannabinoid system on a muscle specific CB1R knock-down mouse model". After the presentation, several people were interested in the reseearch and I received valuable comments about the study. In addition, I had professional discussions with Dr. Antonio Michellucci, who works at the University of Perrugia (Italy) and is considered a renowned expert in the field of skeletal muscle research. I received valuable suggestions regarding my results, which helped significantly promoting further experiments and future publication of the results.
