A projekt keretében látogatni tervezett nemzetközi tudományos/innovációs rendezvény bemutatása és a tervezett részvétel ismertetése Mutassa be a nemzetközi rendezvény jellegét, célját, szervezőit és jelentőségét a nemzetközi tudományos életben. Ismertesse a részvétel célját (pl. előadás, poszter, egyéb aktivitás), a rendezvényen való részvétel várható hatását és jelentőségét a saját kutatói karrier építésében. A 49. Európai Izom Konferencia (49th Eruopean Muscle Conference, EMC) egy nemzetközi konferencia, mely során fiatal és szenior tudósok mutathatják be munkájukat előadás, illetve poszter formában. A konferencia remek lehetőség a tudományos eszmec serék folytatására a résztvevők között. A konferenciát az Izomkutatás Európai Közössége (European Society for Muscle Research) szervezi, melyet 1971-ben alapítottak, és amely szervezet évenként rendezi meg az EMC konferenciáit különböző európai országokban, egyben Izraelben is. A szervezők legfőbb célja egy évenként más-más európai országban megrendezésre kerülő, izom biológiával és sejt motilitással foglalkozó nemzetközi konferencia megszervezése. Ezáltal lehetőséget biztosítanak több ország kutatói számára, hogy bemutathassák munkásságukat, legyen az vázizommal, szívizommal, simaizommal vagy sejt motilitással foglalkozó témakör. A szervezők különös figyelmet fordítanak a fiatal kutatók részvételére, hogy egy informális, de nagy mértékben nemzetközi konferencián mutathassák be munkásságukat, és részt vehessenek tudományos diszkussziókban, ezáltal fejlesztve szakmai kommunikációs készségeiket. Részvételem célja bemutatni tudományos munkásságomat poszter formában, ezáltal lehetőségem lesz kiépíteni leendő kollaborációkat, illetve tapasztalatot szerezhetek szakmai kommunikációt illetően. A visszajelzések segíthetik a munkásságomat, javaslatokat kaphatok új kísérletek kivitelezésére, ezáltal karrieremet tovább fejleszthetem. Közös szabadidős tevékenységek során, úgy mint kirándulások, étkezése vagy sportolás a személyes kapcsolatokat tovább mélyíthetem.
A projekt összefoglalója, célkitűzései laikusok számára Adjon egy rövid, közérthető ismertetést a látogatni tervezett nemzetközi rendezvényről, illetve a részvétel céljáról, várható eredményeiről. Az évenként megrendezett Európai Izom Konferencia (European Muscle Conference, EMC) során több országból származó kutató vesz részt, legyen az fiatal, pályakezdő vagy szenior kutató. A szervezők, az Izomkutatás Európai Közössége (European Society for Muscle Research) lehetőséget biztosítanak a résztvevő kutatók számára, hogy egy kötetlen, barátságos hangulatú konferencián folytathassanak eszmecserét, illetve kialakíthassanak munkakapcsolatokat, kollaborációkat egymással, amire különösen a fiatal kutatókat biztatják a szervezők. A konferenciára egy poszter bemutatással jelentkezem, amiben a tudományos munkámat mutathatom be több, hasonló témával foglalkozó kutatónak. A konferencián való részvételtől az várom, hogy a beszélgetések során javaslatot, tanácsot kaphatok a munkát illetően, ezzel segítve karrierem fejlődését és az eredményeink publikálását minél rangosabb tudományos újságban.
Summary
Presentation of the international scientific/innovation event to be visited in the project and description of the proposed participation Present the type, purpose, organizers, and significance of the international event in the scientific community. Present the purpose of the participation (e.g., paper, poster, other activity), the expected impact of the participation in the event and its significance in building your own research career. The 49th European Muscle Conference (EMC) is an international conference where young and senior scientists can present their work in the form of lectures or posters, and facilitate scientific communication between participants. The conference is organized by the European Society for Muscle Research, which was founded in 1971, and has held annual EMC conferences in various European countries, and Israel as well. The main goal of the organizers is to organize an annual international conference on muscle biology and cell motility in different European countries. This will provide an opportunity for researchers from several countries to present their work, be it a topic on skeletal muscle, heart muscle, smooth muscle or cell motility. The organizers pay special attention to young researchers so that they can present their work at an informal but largely international conference and take part in scientific discussions, thus developing their professional communication skills. The aim of my participation at the EMC is to present my scientific work in the form of a poster. By attending the EMC I will have the opportunity to build future collaborations and gain experience in professional communication. The received feedback and comments can help my work, so I can further develop my career and plan new experiments that will ultimately lead to the publication of our results in highly ranked scientific journal(s). During joint leisure activities, such as excursions and sports, I can further deepen relationships with my peers.
Summary and aims of the project for a general audience Provide a short, general introduction to the international event to be visited, the purpose of the participation, and its expected results. The annual European Muscle Conference (EMC) brings together researchers from several countries, be they young, fresh starters or seniors. In this way, the organizers of the conference (the European Society for Muscle Research) provide a great opportunity for the participating researchers to have an informal, friendly conference and to establish working relationships and collaborations, which the organizers encourage especially for young researchers. I apply for the conference with a poster presentation, in which I can present my scientific work to several researchers dealing with similar topics. By attending the EMC I hope to get suggestions and advice from the other scientists regarding the work, to plan future experiments, thus helping my career development.

Az NKFI-1 MEC_R 141135 támogatás keretein belül lehetőségem volt elutazni a Prágában megrendezett 49. Európai Izom Konferenciára (49th Eruopean Muscle Conference, EMC). A konferencia során fiatal és szenior tudósok mutatták be munkájukat változatos előadások, illetve poszterek formában, legyen az vázizommal, szívizommal, simaizommal vagy sejt motilitással foglalkozó témakör.
A részvételnek köszönhetően egy rangos nemzetközi konferencián mutathattam be munkásságomat, részt vehettem tudományos diszkusszióban, ezáltal fejlesztve szakmai kommunikációs készségemet. A munkámat poszter formában mutattam be, melynek címe "Exploring the functional and morphological consequences of the mitochondrial cannabinoid receptor 1 in mouse skeletal muscles". A poszter szekció során szenior, illetve más fiatal kutatóktól sok építő visszajelzést, tanácsot és észrevételt kaptam.

Within the framework of the NKFI-1 MEC_R 141135 travel grant I had the opportunity to travel to the 49th European Muscle Conference (EMC) organized this year in Prague. During the conference, young and senior scientists presented their work in the form of interesting lectures or posters, whether it is a topic dealing with skeletal muscle, cardiac muscle, smooth muscle or cell motility.
Thanks to the travel grant, I was able to present my work at an international conference and participate in a scientific discussion, thereby improving my professional communication skills. I presented my work in the form of a poster entitled "Exploring the functional and morphological consequences of the mitochondrial cannabinoid receptor 1 in mouse skeletal muscles". During the poster session, I received a lot of valuable feedback, advice and comments from senior and fellow young researchers which helped me advance my project.
