A projekt keretében látogatni tervezett nemzetközi tudományos/innovációs rendezvény bemutatása és a tervezett részvétel ismertetése Mutassa be a nemzetközi rendezvény jellegét, célját, szervezőit és jelentőségét a nemzetközi tudományos életben. Ismertesse a részvétel célját (pl. előadás, poszter, egyéb aktivitás), a rendezvényen való részvétel várható hatását és jelentőségét a saját kutatói karrier építésében. A rendezvény (international conference EWAS, www.ewas5.it) egy nemzetközi tudományos konferencia. Az eseményen bemutatásra kerülnek a legújabb fejlesztések, és alkalmazások a víz- és szennyvízkezelésben, valamint a környezetvédelemben. A konferencia főbb témái a hidrológia, a városi vízgazdálkodás, a szennyvízkezelés, a hulladékgazdálkodás, a felszín alatti víz és az öntözőrendszerek, valamint további nagyhatékonyságú eljárások. A konferencia szervezői a University of Thessaly és University of Naples Federico tudományos munkatársai (Prof. Vasilis KANAKOUDIS and Prof. Maurizio GIUGNI,Assoc. Prof. Evangelos Keramaris and Assoc. Prof. Francesco DE PAOLA, and Dr. Stavroula Tsitsifli and Dr. Francesco PUGLIESE) A konferencián a legjobbnak ítélt közlemények publikálásra kerülnek egy impakt faktorral ellátott tudományos folyóiratban, amely egy kiváló lehetőség a PhD fokozatszerzéshez szükséges publikációk listájának bővítésére. A konferenciára poszter prezentációval készülök, amellyel tömören, és látványosan összefoglalhatom a kutatási tevékenységemet.
A projekt összefoglalója, célkitűzései laikusok számára Adjon egy rövid, közérthető ismertetést a látogatni tervezett nemzetközi rendezvényről, illetve a részvétel céljáról, várható eredményeiről. A rendezvény egy nemzetközi tudományos konferencia, amelyet Nápolyban tartanak, az eseményen bemutatásra kerülnek a legújabb fejlesztések, és alkalmazások a víz- és szennyvízkezelésben, valamint a környezetvédelemben. A konferencia főbb témái a hidrológia, a városi vízgazdálkodás, a szennyvízkezelés, a hulladékgazdálkodás, a felszín alatti víz és az öntözőrendszerek, valamint további nagyhatékonyságú eljárások. A kutatásomban olyan gyógyszerhatóanyagok (antibiotikumok) additív vízkezelési eljárásokkal történő átalakíthatóságával foglalkozom amelyek előfordulhatnak szennyvizekben, és azok eltávolítása a hagyományos biológiai szennyvíztisztítással csak korlátozottan valósul meg. Ez a konferencia kiváló lehetőség a legújabb vízkezelési fejlesztések megismerésére, új kapcsolatok építésére más egyetemekről érkező kutatókkal, professzorokkal, valamint a tudásom bővítésére is kiváló lehetőség. A konferencián a legjobb közleményeket megjelentetik egy tudományos folyóiratban, amely egy kiváló lehetőség a PhD fokozatszerzéshez szükséges publikációk listájának bővítésére.

Presentation of the international scientific/innovation event to be visited in the project and description of the proposed participation Present the type, purpose, organizers, and significance of the international event in the scientific community. Present the purpose of the participation (e.g., paper, poster, other activity), the expected impact of the participation in the event and its significance in building your own research career. The event is an international scientific conference. The event will showcase the latest developments and applications in water and wastewater treatment as well as environmental protection. The main topics of the conference will be hydrology, urban water management, wastewater treatment, waste management, groundwater and irrigation systems, as well as other advanced processes. The conference is organized by the University of Thessaly and the University of Naples Federico (Prof. Vasilis KANAKOUDIS and Prof. Maurizio GIUGNI, Assoc. Prof. Evangelos Keramaris and Assoc. Prof. Francesco DE PAOLA, and Dr. Stavroula Tsitsifli and Dr. Francesco PUGLIESE ) The highest rated papers at the conference will be published in ascientific journal with impact factor, which is an excellent opportunity to expand the list of my publications required for PhD degrees. I am preparing a poster presentation for the conference, with which I can summarize my research activities concisely and spectacularly.
Summary and aims of the project for a general audience Provide a short, general introduction to the international event to be visited, the purpose of the participation, and its expected results. The event is an international scientific conference where the latest developments and applications in water and wastewater treatment and environmental protection will be presented. The main topics of the conference will be hydrology, urban water management, wastewater treatment, waste management, groundwater and irrigation systems, as well as other high-efficiency processes. In my research, I deal with the transformability of active pharmaceutical ingredients (antibiotics) by additive water treatment processes that can occur in wastewater, and their removal by conventional biological wastewater treatment is limited. This conference is an excellent opportunity to learn about the latest water treatment developments, to expand my knowledge of additional water treatment procedures. At the conference, the best papers will be published in a scientific journal, which is an excellent opportunity to expand the list of publications required for obtaining a PhD degree.

A konferencia témája a vízbiztonság, és a különböző új vízkezelési módszerek megismerése volt, számos új technológiát mutattak be. Saját kutatásomban olyan perzisztens szerves szennyezők ártalmatlanítási lehetőségeivel foglalkozom, amelyek szennyvízbe kerülése komoly problémát jelent. A konferencia kiváló lehetőség volt a laboratóriumi méretben végzett kísérleteim összehasonlítására az ipari méretben megvalósult kutatási eredményekkel. Az eseményen egyaránt részt vettek kutatók, valamint víztisztítással foglalkozó cégek képviselői is, így nem csak a legújabb kutatási eredményeket ismerhettem meg, de számos ipari technológiával is ezen a konferencián találkoztam először. A konferencia szüneteiben lehetőségem volt új kapcsolatok kialakítására, több fiatal kutatót megismertem, és felvettük a kapcsolatot további konzultáció céljából. A konferenciához kapcsolódó konferenciakiadványban megjelentek a bemutatott kutatási eredményeim, amely publikálásra került egy MDPI folyóiratban.
Results in English
The theme of the conference was water safety and new water treatment methods, many new technologies were presented. In my own research, I am working with advanced oxidation processes for the removal of persistent organic pollutants, which present in the wastewater cause a serious problem. The conference was an excellent opportunity to compare my experiments on a laboratory scale with the research results realized on an industrial scale. The event was attended by both researchers and representatives of companies dealing with water purification, so I learn a lot about the latest research topics, and I also met many industrial technologies for the first time at this conference. During the breaks of the conference, I had the opportunity to make new contacts, I got to know several young researchers, and we contacted each other for further consultation. My presented research results were published in the conference publication related to the conference, which was published in an MDPI journal.
