A projekt keretében látogatni tervezett nemzetközi tudományos/innovációs rendezvény bemutatása és a tervezett részvétel ismertetése Mutassa be a nemzetközi rendezvény jellegét, célját, szervezőit és jelentőségét a nemzetközi tudományos életben. Ismertesse a részvétel célját (pl. előadás, poszter, egyéb aktivitás), a rendezvényen való részvétel várható hatását és jelentőségét a saját kutatói karrier építésében. A projekt keretében két nemzetközi szervezetpszichológiai konferencián való részvételre nyújtom be pályázatomat. Az első konferencia a Munka és Szervezetpszichológiai Társaság éves nagygyűlése, amely Seattle-ben kerül megrendezésre, 2022 áprilisában. Ez a konferencia a munka- és szervezetpszichológiai tudományterület legnagyobb és legnívósabb nemzetközi tudományos találkozója. A tervezett rendezvény meghívott előadói a szakterület kiemelkedő szaktekintélyei. A második konferencia a Munkahelyi Egészségpszichológia Európai Társaságának (European Academy of Occupational Health Psychology, EAOHP) 15. konferenciája. Az EAOHP a munkahelyi pszichológiai jóllét, egészség kutatásának vezető európai szervezete. Kétévente megrendezett konferenciájuk e szűkebb szakterület kiemelt szakmai eseménye, ahova egész Európából várnak neves kutatókat és gyakorló szakembereket. A két konferencián szeretném bemutatni az elmúlt években zajlott, a munkahelyi jóllét pszichoszociális prediktorairól, illetve a munkahelyi pszichoterror hatásairól szóló, magyar munkavállói mintán végzett kutatásaink eredményeit, a befogadástól függően előadás- vagy poszter-prezentáció formájában. A konferenciákon megismerkedhetnék a nemzetközi munka- és szervezetpszichológiai, illetve munkahelyi egészséggel kapcsolatos kutatások legújabb trendjeivel, eredményeivel, illetve e területek gyakorlati fejlesztéseivel. PhD témavezetőként és a PTE Szervezetpszichológiai Kutatócsoportjának vezetőjeként e tudás, és a konferenciákon megismert kutatókkal létrejövő kapcsolatok, együttműködések PhD hallgatóim, illetve a kutatócsoportunk tagjai számára is hasznosak lehetnek. A konferenciákon megismert elméleti és gyakorlati újdonságokat szeretném egyetemi kurzusaim anyagába is beépíteni.

Summary
Presentation of the international scientific/innovation event to be visited in the project and description of the proposed participation Present the type, purpose, organizers, and significance of the international event in the scientific community. Present the purpose of the participation (e.g., paper, poster, other activity), the expected impact of the participation in the event and its significance in building your own research career. As part of this project, I am applying to participate in two international conferences. The first one is the annual congress of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) that will be organized in April 2022, in Seattle, USA. This conference is the most famous and highest quality international congress of the research field of industrial and organizational psychology. Keynote speakers of this congress are leading researchers of I/O psychology. The second conference is the 15th European Academy of Occupational Health Psychology (EAOHP) Conference. EAOHP is an association aimed to organize and represent research and scientific work on work-related wellbeing and health. Their biannual conference is a major professional event in this field where researchers and practitioners from all over Europe are expected to participate and present their projects. In these conferences, I would like to present the results of our studies about psychosocial predictors of occupational well-being and about the consequences of workplace bullying. These conferences could provide a great opportunity to get to know the newest trends, results and good practices of work and organizational psychology. As a PhD supervisor and as the leader of the Organizational Psychology Research Team of the University of Pécs I could help my PhD students and team members with these pieces of knowledge and with the possible new research collaborations formed at these conferences.

In these conferences, I would like to present the results of our studies about psychosocial predictors of occupational well-being and about the consequences of workplace bullying. It would be a nice opportunity to show the results of Hungarian organizational psychology research to a wide international audience. These conferences could provide a great opportunity to get to know the newest trends, results and good practices of industrial and organizational psychology. As a PhD supervisor and as the leader of the Organizational Psychology Research Team of the University of Pécs I could help my PhD students and team members with these pieces of knowledge and with the possible new research collaborations formed at these conferences. As a university lecturer, I could also share this new knowledge with my students.

2022. júliusában részt vettem az European Academy of Occupational Health Psychology (EAOHP) nemzetközi konferenciáján, Bordeaux-ban, Franciaországban. Az EAOHP a munkahelyi egészségpszichológia vezető európai testülete. A konferencián számos kurrens, izgalmas előadást és szimpóziumot hallgattam meg. Emellett, poszterprezentáció formájában bemutattam saját kutatásai eredményeinket a munkahelyi pszichoterror magyarországi alakulásáról. Eredményeinket érdeklődéssel fogadták a kutatók.
Sok új ötlet, kutatási terv született a konferencia-előadások által inspirálva. Volt módom több külföldi kutatóval is beszélni, egyeztetni, amely megbeszélések kutatási együttműködések alapját képezhetik majd a jövőben.

In July 2022 I participated in the 15th international conference of the European Academy of Occupational Health Psychology (EAOHP), in Bordeaux, France. The European Academy of Occupational Health Psychology (EAOHP) is the leading committee of European occupational health psychology. At the conference, I was participating in several exciting, current talks and symposia, made by the leading researchers in this field. Furthermore, I presented the results of our research as a poster presentation, entitled Workplace Bullying in the Hungarian Context: Antecedents and Consequences. Our research and results were received with interest by international researchers. Many new ideas and research plan was inspired by the conference programs. I had the opportunity to talk to researchers from different European countries. These meetings can be the bases of future scientific cooperation.
