A program támogatásával arra vállalkoztunk, hogy a nagy hagyományoknak örvendő Fiatal Kutatók Szimpóziuma (FIKUSZ) konferenciát még inkább nemzetközivé tegyük, minél több külföldi kutatónak és résztvevőnek lehetőséget adva az eredményeIk megosztására, valamint a közös tapasztalatcserére. A konferencia nemzetközi jellegét a pályázat még tovább erősítette. A rendezvényen több európai ország mellett számos más kontinensről is érkeztek résztvevők (Ázsia, Afrika). A konferencián 5 plenáris, valamint 80 szekcióelőadás keretében folyt az eszmecsere. Külön öröm volt az is, hogy két külön szekciót is vendégül láthatott a rendezvény, ahol az előadások magyar nyelven zajlottak. Az egyik szekció a vezetéstudományok témakörében mutatott be előadásokat magyar nyelven, a másik szekció pedig a Gazdálkodási Tudományos Társaságok Szövetsége, valamint a Kar gondozásában került megvalósításra a rendezvényen. A két szekció előadásai magyar nyelven folytak, minden más előadást angol nyelven hallgathattak a résztvevők. A konferenciára több, mint 200 résztvevő érkezett hallgatóságnak a környező országokból is, főként Romániából, valamint Szlovákiából, a hazai szakkollégiumok képviselete mellett. A rendezvény lehetőséget adott arra, hogy több fiatal kutató és visszajelzést kapjon az eddig elért eredményeiről, valamint kiváló alap volt arra is, hogy az új kutatói utánpótlást biztosítsa az által, hogy témákat és kutatási irányokat vázolt fel a számukra.

With the support of the programme, we have undertaken to tradition of hosting a conference of the Symposium of Young Researchers (FIKUS) more internationally, giving more researchers and participants from abroad the opportunity to to share their results and exchange experiences. A international character of the conference was further enhanced by the call for proposals. A The event was attended by several European countries and many other countries. The conference was attended by participants from 5 plenary sessions, and 80 sectional presentations. It was a particular pleasure to attend two special sessions, where the presentations were held in Hungarian. One of the sessions focused on management sciences in Hungarian, and the other section was devoted to the topic of Management and Leadership. Association of Management Sciences and the Faculty of Management the event. The presentations of the two sections were in Hungarian, all others were in English. all other presentations were in English. The conference was attended by more than 200 participants from neighbouring countries, mainly from Romania and Slovakia, in addition to representatives of the national colleges. The event provided an opportunity to get more young researchers and feedback and feedback on their achievements so far, as well as an excellent platform to present the new new generation of researchers by identifying topics and research directions outlining research topics and themes for them.
