A projekt keretében látogatni tervezett nemzetközi tudományos/innovációs rendezvény bemutatása és a tervezett részvétel ismertetése Mutassa be a nemzetközi rendezvény jellegét, célját, szervezőit és jelentőségét a nemzetközi tudományos életben. Ismertesse a részvétel célját (pl. előadás, poszter, egyéb aktivitás), a rendezvényen való részvétel várható hatását és jelentőségét a saját kutatói karrier építésében. Az Európai Kardiológiai Társaság (ESC) a kontinensen és azon kívül 57 országot fog össze, emellett kapcsolatban van számos tengerentúli szervezettel. Az ESC által évente kiadott szakmai irányelvek Hazánkban is a kezelés arany sztenderdjeként terjedtek el. Az EHRA (az ESC szívritmuszavarokkal foglalkozó alszervezete) éves kongresszusán az aritmológia világszinten legfrissebb kutatási eredményei, technológiai újításai kerülnek bemutatásra. Emellett teret ad az élénk, nemzeteket átívelő szakmai és tudományos eszmecserének. Az amerikai Heart Rhythm Society (HRS) világszerte több, mint 70 országból fogja össze a szívritmuszavarokkal foglalkozó szakértőket. Évente megszervezett konferenciája mind az öt kontinensről érkező aritmológusok csúcstalálkozója. Ezen a konferencián nemcsak orvosok hanem kutatók és fejlesztők egyaránt képviseltetik magukat; szívritmuszavarok kezelésében aligha van jelentősebb tudományos fórum. A projekt keretében lehetőség nyílik arra, hogy a Városmajori Szív- és Érgyógyászati Klinika digitális EKG rendszerének adatait alapul vevő, mesterséges intelligenciát felhasználó kutatásunk eredményei, továbbá a kamrai tahikardia ablációra kerülő betegcsoportban az összhalálozás és az ismételt abláció szükségességét előrejelző, kutatócsoportunk által meghatározott tényezők ezen kongresszusokon bemutatásra kerülhessenek. Kutatócsoportom vezetőjeként ezeken a nagy presztízsű kongresszusokon való aktív részvételem során támogathatom fiatal munkatársaimat a tudományos előadások diszkutációjában. Mindemellett elősegíthetem beépülésüket a nemzetközi aritmológus kutatási vérkeringésbe, mely által lehetőség nyílhat további nemzetközi kooperációban végzett kutatásokra és ezáltal Nemzetünk hírnevének öregbítésére.
A projekt összefoglalója, célkitűzései laikusok számára Adjon egy rövid, közérthető ismertetést a látogatni tervezett nemzetközi rendezvényről, illetve a részvétel céljáról, várható eredményeiről. A kardiovaszkuláris betegségek Hazánkban a vezető halálokot képviselik. A digitális EKG készítése során az EKG képi anyagát egy online rendszerben rögzítjük. Nagyszámú, digitálisan tárolt EKG adattömeg lehetőséget nyújt a mesterséges intelligencia segítségével végzett analízisre, melynek segítségével a mindenhol, bárki számára elérhető egyszerű és olcsó vizsgálat eredményéből akár a beteg későbbi kardiovaszkuláris rizikója, akár életet veszélyeztető ritmuszavarok későbbi előfordulásának rizikója is megbecsülhető. Az infarktus egyik lehetséges szövődménye, az úgynevezett kamrai ritmuszavar, az esetek jelentős részében halállal végződik. Időben megkezdett kezeléssel ez azonban elkerülhető; a gyógyszeres terápiánál sok esetben hatékonyabb módszer a katéterabláció. Ennek során minimálinvazív műtét útján megkeressük a ritmuszavarért felelős szívizom területet, és ott hőhatás segítségével a ritmuszavar fenntartásáért felelős régióban égetést végzünk. Klinikánkon nagy számmal végzünk ilyen beavatkozást, amelyet mind a beavatkozás sikeressége, mind pedig a betegek túlélése tekintetében élénk nemzetközi kutató és publikációs tevékenység kísér. Kutatócsoportom vezetőjeként ezeken a nagy presztízsű kongresszusokon való aktív részvételem során támogathatom fiatal munkatársaimat a tudományos előadások diszkutációjában. Mindemellett elősegíthetem beépülésüket a nemzetközi aritmológus kutatási vérkeringésbe, mely által lehetőség nyílhat további nemzetközi kooperációban végzett kutatásokra és ezáltal Nemzetünk hírnevének öregbítésére.

Presentation of the international scientific/innovation event to be visited in the project and description of the proposed participation Present the type, purpose, organizers, and significance of the international event in the scientific community. The European Society of Cardiology unites 57 National Cardiac Societies from across Europe and beyond in advancing science and sharing knowledge and best practices with their members. The professional guidelines prepared by the ESC are the gold standard of cardiology treatment in Hungary. As a specialised association of the ESC, the European Heart Rhythm Association (EHRA) is the leading network of European Cardiac Rhythm Management. In its yearly congress, the newest research results of arrhythmology are presented, together with the newest technological novelties, and a vivid, cross-national professional and scientific discussion takes place. The Heart Rhythm Society represents medical and scientific professionals from more than 70 countries who are specialized in cardiac rhythm disorders. Its annual conference is the highlight of the scientific year for the arrhythmologists of the five continents; not only medical practitioners but leading scientists and developers are present at the most prestigious science forum of the field of arrhythmias. The project will provide an opportunity to present the results of our machine-learning based research evaluating the data of the novel and innovative digital ECG system as well as presenting results on outcome predictors of patients with malignant arrhythmias of the Semmelweis University Heart and Vascular Center. As the leader of my research group, during my active participation in these prestigious conferences, I will be able to support my young colleagues in the discussion of their results on this stage, and in their integration into the international arrhymologist community. This will help to open new collaborations, which will also improve the reputation of our nation.
Summary and aims of the project for a general audience Provide a short, general introduction to the international event to be visited, the purpose of the participation, and its expected results. Cardiovascular diseases, above all, potentially life-threatening ventricular arrhythmias constitute the leading cause of death in Hungary. Therefore, the European and the American specialty organizations, the European Heart Rhythm Association, and the Heart Rhythm Society developed and published the guidelines of clinical decision-making, therapy, and patient management. The conferences of these two scientific societies are the highlight of the scientific year for the experts in the field of heart rhythm disorders. During the project, we will be able to present our research results in these prestigious meetings, which will enable us to lay the foundation for future collaborations, further enhancing our scientific knowledge and the quality of health care worldwide and in Hungary. As the leader of my research group, during my active participation in these prestigious conferences, I will be able to support my young colleagues in the discussion of their results on this stage, and in their integration into the international arrhymologist community. This will help to open new collaborations, which will also improve the reputation of our nation. Az Európai Kardiológiai Társaság (ESC) a kontinensen és azon kívül 57 országot fog össze, emellett kapcsolatban van számos tengerentúli szervezettel. Az ESC által évente kiadott szakmai irányelvek Hazánkban is a kezelés arany sztenderdjeként terjedtek el. Az EHRA (az ESC szívritmuszavarokkal foglalkozó alszervezete) éves kongresszusán az aritmológia világszinten legfrissebb kutatási eredményei, technológiai újításai kerültek bemutatásra. Emellett teret ad az élénk, nemzeteket átívelő szakmai és tudományos eszmecserének.
