A projekt keretében látogatni tervezett nemzetközi tudományos/innovációs rendezvény bemutatása és a tervezett részvétel ismertetése Mutassa be a nemzetközi rendezvény jellegét, célját, szervezőit és jelentőségét a nemzetközi tudományos életben. Ismertesse a részvétel célját (pl. előadás, poszter, egyéb aktivitás), a rendezvényen való részvétel várható hatását és jelentőségét a saját kutatói karrier építésében. Glasgowban kerül megrendezésre a 22. Talajtani Világkongresszus a Brit Talajtani Társaság (British Society of Soil Science) és a Nemzetközi Talajtani szövetség szervezésében (International Union of Soil Sciences). A Talajtani Világkongresszust négyévente rendezik meg, amely a talajtan tudományának legjelentősebb eseménye. A világ valamennyi tájáról érkező kutatóknak lehetőségük nyílik tapasztalat cserére, talajtani ismereteik bővítésére, frissítésére. A kongresszus a „Talajtan - határok átlépése, a társadalom megváltoztatása” (Soil Science – crossing boundaries, changing society) címet viseli ezért a talaj és a társadalom közötti kapcsolatra összpontosít. A fenntartható fejlődés alapja az ökoszisztéma jó állapotban tartása. A biodiverzitás megőrzésének feltétele a növénytársulások megóvása. A biológiai szempontból legösszetettebb élőhelyek az erdei ökoszisztémák, vagyis a sokszínűség megőrzésének színtere. Az erdők fenntartása napjainkban kulcskérdéssé vált klimatológiai, hidrológiai és talajtani szempontból. Az erdők létrejöttének alapja a talajtani adottságoktól nagymértékben függ. Napjainkban a sikeres erdőfelújítások elvégzése jelentős kihívást jelent a megváltozott környezeti viszonyok között. Kutatásommal a talajtani adottságok megóvását és javítását kívánom elérni, melyhez biostimulátorokat, kezelt szennyvízszármazékokat, faaprítékot kívánok felhasználni. A konferencián szeretnék egy posztert bemutatni a nyírségi homoktalajok különböző talajjavítási módjainak lehetőségéről. Részvételemmel szeretném ismereteimet bővíteni, tapasztalatokat cserélni hasonló kutatási területű szakemberekkel.

The 22nd World Soil Science Congress is held in Glasgow, organised by the British Society of Soil Science and the International Union of Soil Sciences. The World Soil Science Congress is held every four years and is the most important event in soil science. Researchers from all over the world have the opportunity to exchange experiences and update their knowledge of soil science. The congress, entitled "Soil Science - crossing boundaries, changing society", will focus on the relationship between soil and society. Sustainable development is based on keeping ecosystems in good condition. The preservation of biodiversity requires the conservation of plant communities. Forest ecosystems are the most biologically complex habitats and are therefore a platform for preserving diversity. The maintenance of forests has become a key issue in terms of climatology, hydrology and soil. The basis on which forests are created depends to a large extent on soil conditions. Today, successful forest restoration is a major challenge in a changing environment. My research aims to conserve and improve soil conditions using biostimulants, treated wastewater derivatives and wood chips. At the conference, I would like to present a poster on the potential of different soil improvement methods for sandy soils in the Nyírség region. By participating I would like to broaden my knowledge and exchange experiences with experts in similar fields of research.

A 2022-ben Glasgowban megrendezett Talajtani Világkongresszus lehetőséget adott a résztvevők számára, hogy megismerkedjenek a hasonló kutatási területek eltérő szemléletű megközelítéseivel. A technológiai fejlődés és a módszertani megoldások folyamatos változáson mennek keresztül. A világrendezvény arra nyújtott lehetőséget, hogy az egyes kutatók munkáinak legfrissebb eredményeit és kihívásait ismertessék, emellett szakmai kiállítók is gazdagították jelenlétükkel a programsorozatot. Új talajvizsgálati eszközök kerültek bemutatásra, melyek alkalmazhatósága újszerű gondolkodásmódot tesz lehetővé a szakemberek számára. A világ számos részéről érkeztek résztvevők, akikkel személyesen lehetett az aktualitásokról értekezni. Poszteren bemutattam az erdőfelújítások talajtani nehézségeit, melyek erdészként a napi gyakorlatban jelentkeznek munkaterületemen, a Nyírségben. A témám iránt fokozott érdeklődés mutatkozott a poszterbemutató alkalmával, ahol lehetőségem volt személyesen is ismertetni kutatásom aktualitásait, kiemelten a fiatal erdők fejlődésének klímaváltozással kapcsolatos nehézségeit. Megemlítem a kínai, romániai, brazil és a magyarországi kollégákat, akik rendkívüli érdeklődéssel hallgatták meg szakmai beszámolómat az eredményeimről és a további vizsgálatokkal kapcsolatos terveimről. Ezzel párhuzamosan betekintést nyerhettem az általuk végzett kutatások szakmai kihívásaiba, mely során újfajta problémamegközelítéssel találkoztam, ami rendkívül inspiráló volt számomra.

The World Congress of Soil Science held in Glasgow in 2022 gave the participants the opportunity to learn about different approaches to similar research areas. Technological development and methodological solutions are constantly changing. The world event provided an opportunity to present the latest results and challenges of the work of individual researchers, and professional exhibitors also enriched the program series with their presence. New soil testing tools were presented, the applicability of which enables a new way of thinking for professionals. Participants came from all over the world, with whom it was possible to discuss current events personally. I managed to present on a poster the soil difficulties of reforestation, which appear in my daily practice as a forester in my work area, in Nyírség. Increased interest in my topic was shown during the poster presentation, where I had the opportunity to personally present the actualities of my research work, especially the difficulties of the development of young forests related to climate change. Hereby I mention the Chinese, Romanian, Brazilian and Hungarian colleagues who listened to my professional report on my results and my plans for further investigations with great interest. At the same time, I was able to gain insight into the professional challenges of their own work, during which I encountered a new kind of approach to problems, which was extremely inspiring for me.
