A projekt keretében látogatni tervezett nemzetközi tudományos/innovációs rendezvény bemutatása és a tervezett részvétel ismertetése Mutassa be a nemzetközi rendezvény jellegét, célját, szervezőit és jelentőségét a nemzetközi tudományos életben. Ismertesse a részvétel célját (pl. előadás, poszter, egyéb aktivitás), a rendezvényen való részvétel várható hatását és jelentőségét a saját kutatói karrier építésében. Az IEEE Advancing Technology for Humanity konferenciák célja, hogy lehetőséget biztosítson meglévő tudományos kapcsolatok és eredmények kiterjesztésére nemzetközi szinten az intelligens és a technológiai rendszerek területén. Az IEEE konferencia tered ad olyan kutatások bemutatására, amelyek még nem kerültek publikálásra és bemutatásra tudományos területen. Symposiumi keretek között kerül megrendezésre a konferencia, ahol előadóként szeretnék részt venni. Kutatói szempontból nagyon jó tapasztalatszerzést jelent az előadásra való felkészülés és maga az előadáson való részvétel is. A szakmai pályafutás támogatásán túl további tudományos kutatási lehetőségek felismerésére adhat alkalmat egy ilyen szakmai rendezvény, amely növeli a kollaborációt a kutatók és a nemzetek között.
A projekt összefoglalója, célkitűzései laikusok számára Adjon egy rövid, közérthető ismertetést a látogatni tervezett nemzetközi rendezvényről, illetve a részvétel céljáról, várható eredményeiről. Az IEEE 20th Jubilee International Symposium on Intelligent Systems and Informatics konferencia lehetőséget biztosít meglévő tudományos kapcsolatok és eredmények kiterjesztésére nemzetközi szinten az intelligens és a technológiai rendszerek területén. A konferencián való részvétel hatására sikerülhet olyan eddig még nem vizsgált aspektusokra is felhívni a figyelmet a technológiai projektek kapcsán, amelynek produktivitást növelő hatása van a kisebb cégekre és a nagyvállalatokra egyaránt. A rendezvénynek kollaborációs hatása van a kutatók és a nemzetek között.

The IEEE Advancing Technology for Humanity conferences aim to provide an opportunity to expand existing scientific relationships and achievements internationally in the field of intelligent and technological systems. The IEEE conference provides a space to present research that has not yet been published and presented in the scientific field. The conference will be held as part of a symposium, where I would like to participate as a speaker. From the researcher's point of view, preparing for the lecture and participating in the lecture itself is a very good experience. In addition to supporting professional careers, such a professional event, which increases collaboration between researchers and nations, can provide an opportunity to identify additional scientific research opportunities.

Az elemzés elkészítésével az volt a célunk, hogy felmérjük munkahelyi környezetben az időperspektíva, az impulzivitás és a motiváció kapcsolatát, melyre tudomásunk szerint eddig semmilyen korábbi kutatás nem tért ki. A kapott eredmények alátámasztják azt az elképzelést, hogy érdemes nagyobb mintaelemszám mellett lefolytatni a kutatást, mert a különböző dimenziók hatással vannak egymásra, és a vizsgált dimenziók kétharmad részénél a belső konzisztencia is megfelelő volt. A tesztkutatás nem tette lehetővé, hogy a produktivitási mutatóval együtt vizsgáljuk a kapott eredményeket, így a jövőre nézve szükséges egy olyan módszert kitalálni a projektek hatékonyságmérésére vonatkozóan, amely bevonható a modellbe. A létrehozott módszertant érdemes a jövőben megvizsgálni az impulzivitási tényezők segítségével, mert képes lehet bejósolni az adott személy teljesítményét. A korábban elvégzett kutatások bizonyítják, hogy az időperspektívának átfogó hatása van egy adott egyénre vonatkozóan, amely viselkedésében és döntéseiben nyilvánul meg, amely befolyásolja teljesítményét.
Results in English
Our aim in constructing the analysis was to assess the association between time perspective, impulsivity and motivation at work, which to our knowledge has not been addressed in any previous research. The results obtained support the idea that it makes sense to carry out the investigation with a larger number of samples, since the different dimensions influence each other and the internal consistency was sufficient for two thirds of the dimensions examined. Test research did not allow us to examine the obtained results together with the productivity indicator, therefore for the future it is necessary to invent a method of measuring the efficiency of projects that can be included in the model. The methodology created should be studied in the future using impulsiveness factors as it may be able to predict the individual's performance. Previous research shows that time perspective has a pervasive effect on a given person, which is manifested in behavior and decisions that affect performance.
