A projekt keretében látogatni tervezett nemzetközi tudományos/innovációs rendezvény bemutatása és a tervezett részvétel ismertetése Mutassa be a nemzetközi rendezvény jellegét, célját, szervezőit és jelentőségét a nemzetközi tudományos életben. Ismertesse a részvétel célját (pl. előadás, poszter, egyéb aktivitás), a rendezvényen való részvétel várható hatását és jelentőségét a saját kutatói karrier építésében. 1.) A 8. Nemzetközi konferencia a talaj szervesanyagairól (8th International Symposium on Soil Organic Matter (SOM)) Szervező: The Korean Society of Soil Science and Fertilizer A globális felmelegedés mérséklésének kulcstényezője a talajban lévő szerves anyag mint a legfontosabb szén-dioxid-elnyelő. A találkozón a világ minden tájáról érkező küldöttek várhatóan egyedi tapasztalatokat, ismereteket és tényeket osztanak meg egymással e fontos téma számos aspektusában, amelyek új perspektívákhoz, paradigmaváltáshoz, valamint a szerves anyagot irányító és azzal kölcsönhatásban álló biológiai, kémiai és fizikai folyamatokkal kapcsolatos meglévő ismereteink kidolgozásához vezethetnek bennünket, beleértve azok gyakorlati alkalmazását az egyre inkább terhelt környezetben. A konferencián szeretnék bemutatni egy posztert kutatási területemről : a zöldtrágyázás jelentőségéről, a talajtermékenységre gyakorolt hatásáról, közvetett és közvetlen előnyeiről. Amennyiben részt tudok venni a konferencián az nagy mértékben hozzájárulna a kutatásaim során szerzett tapasztalatok tovább bővítéséhez, a közelgő doktori fokozatom megszerzéséhez. 2.) WCSS ( 22nd World Congress of Soil Science): A 22 Talajtani Világkongresszust a Brit Talajtani Társaság (British Society of Soil Science) és a Nemzetközi Talajtani szövetség szervezi (International Union of Soil Sciences). A kongresszus témája, a "Talajtudomány - határokat átlépve, társadalmat megváltoztatva" a talaj és a társadalom közötti kapcsolatra összpontosítva. Lehetőség nyílik a talajjal kapcsolatos tudományágak széles skáláján belüli speciális műhelymunkákra és vitafórumokra. A konferencián szeretnék egy posztert bemutatni a hazánkban használt legfontosabb zöldítő növényekről, azok szerepéről a klímaváltozás elleni küzdelemben.
A projekt összefoglalója, célkitűzései laikusok számára Adjon egy rövid, közérthető ismertetést a látogatni tervezett nemzetközi rendezvényről, illetve a részvétel céljáról, várható eredményeiről. A két legjelentősebb nemzetközi tudományos konferencián szeretnék részt venni a Mecenatúra pályázat támogatásával. A 8. nemzetközi szimpózium a talaj szerves anyagairól a dél-koreai Szöulban kerül megrendezésre. A találkozó témája - "A talaj szerves anyaga az antropocénben" - a bolygónk előtt álló kihívásokat tükrözi. A kongresszus a kritikus globális kérdések nemzetközi helyzetének megismerését és az ezekre adott válaszokat tűzte ki célul. Fontos kérdés, hogy miként tudunk mi talajtannal foglalkozó kutatok hozzájárulni a globális felmelegedés mérsékléséhez, és hogy milyen formában tud területünk alkalmazkodni a klímaváltozáshoz. Ezen a kongresszuson poszterrel kívánom bemutatni a zöldtrágyázás jelentőségéről, a talajtermékenységre gyakorolt hatásáról, közvetett és közvetlen előnyeiről.
A másik rendezvény, amire támogatást kértem a 22. Talajtani Világkongresszus, amit a skóciai Glasgowban tartanak. Itt speciális műhelymunkákra és vitafórumokra lesz helyezve a hangsúly, emellett az alapprogramot túrák, valamint kulturális és művészeti programok kísérik majd. Itt is poszterrel szeretnék szerepelni. Mind a két részvétel nagymértékben hozzájárulna ahhoz a munkához, amit a doktori fokozat megszerzése érdekében végzek.

Present the purpose of the participation (e.g., paper, poster, other activity), the expected impact of the participation in the event and its significance in building your own research career. 1.) 8th International Symposium on Soil Organic Matter (SOM) Organiser: The Korean Society of Soil Science and Fertilizer
Soil organic matter is a key factor in mitigating global warming as the most important carbon sink. At the meeting, delegates from around the world are expected to share unique experiences, insights and facts on many aspects of this important topic, which could lead to new perspectives, paradigm shifts and the development of our existing knowledge of the biological, chemical and physical processes that control and interact with organic matter, including their practical application in an increasingly stressed environment. At the conference, I would like to present a poster on my research area: the importance of green manuring, its impact on soil fertility, its indirect and direct benefits. If I am able to attend the conference, it would greatly contribute to further expanding my research experience for my upcoming PhD degree. 2.) WCSS ( 22nd World Congress of Soil Science): The theme of the congress, "Soil science - crossing boundaries, changing society", focuses on the relationship between soil and society. There will be opportunities for special workshops and discussion forums across a wide range of soil-related disciplines. At the conference, we would like to present a poster on the most important greening plants used in our country and their role in combating climate change.
Summary and aims of the project for a general audience Provide a short, general introduction to the international event to be visited, the purpose of the participation, and its expected results. I would like to participate in the two most important international scientific conferences with the support of the Mecenatúra grant. The 8th International Symposium on Soil Organic Matter will be held in Seoul, South Korea. The theme of the meeting - "Soil organic matter in the Anthropocene" - reflects the challenges facing our planet. The congress aims to understand the international situation on critical global issues and how to respond to them. Important questions are how we soil scientists can contribute to mitigating global warming and how our region can adapt to climate change. At this congress, I will present a poster on the importance of green manuring, its impact on soil fertility, its indirect and direct benefits.
The other event for which I have requested support is the 22nd World Soil Congress, to be held in Glasgow, Scotland. There, the focus will be on special workshops and discussion forums, and the main programme will be accompanied by tours and cultural and artistic activities. I would also like to present a poster here. Both these activities would contribute greatly to the work I am doing towards my PhD.

A Mecenatúra támogatás jóvoltából két külföldi konferenciára jutottam el 2022 nyarán. Az elsőt a dél-koreai Szöulban rendezték, ez volt a 8th International Symposium on Soil Organic Matter (SOM 2022). A másodikat pedig a skóciai Glasgowban, a Talajtani Világkongresszust (World Congress of Soil Science 2022). Mindkét helyszínen saját poszterrel szerepeltem, valamint társszerzőként még kettő – kettő poszter készítésében is részt vettem. A lehetőséget megragadva kutatásaim egy-egy részeredményét mutattam be, vagyis a zöldtrágya növények hatásait a talaj szerkezetére, nedvességtartalmára. Mindemellett számos előadást hallgattam meg, ahol a világ minden tájáról érkező szakemberek és kutatók számoltak be a legújabb eredményekről, valamint mutatták be a legkorszerűbb kutatási módszereiket és eszközeiket. Témám aktualitása több külföldi kutató érdeklődését is felkeltette, velük sikerült kollegiális és baráti viszonyt kialakítanom. Általuk számos olyan kutatási projektbe nyertem betekintést, amelyek az én témámat is érinti, így mindkét fél számára hasznos és gyümölcsöző kapcsolat kiépítésére nyílt lehetőség. Ezeket az új kapcsolatokat jövőbeni kutatásaim során mindenképp szeretném kamatoztatni.

Thanks to the Mecenatúra grant, I was able to attend two conferences abroad in the summer of 2022. The first was held in Seoul, South Korea, and was the 8th International Symposium on Soil Organic Matter (SOM 2022). The second was held in Glasgow, Scotland, and was the World Congress of Soil Science 2022. I presented my own posters at both venues, and co-authored two - two more posters. I took the opportunity to present some of the results of my research on the effects of green manure crops on soil structure and moisture content. I also attended a number of lectures where experts and researchers from all over the world presented their latest findings and presented their most modern research methods and tools. The topicality of my topic has also attracted the interest of several foreign researchers, with whom I have been able to develop collegial and friendly relations. Through them, I gained insight into several research projects that also touched on my topic, thus creating a mutually beneficial and fruitful relationship. I would certainly like to make use of these new contacts in my future research.
