A pályázat célja egy Interneten keresztül is lekérdezhető adatbázis építése volt, melyben 16-18. századi hungarika jellegű albumbejegyzések adatait kívántuk feldolgozni. A most zárult kutatási periódus alatt összesen 4000 bejegyzés feldolgozását vállaltuk. Ez maradéktalanul megtörtént. Az eddig feldolgozott albumok illetve bejegyzések részben a weimari Herzogin Anna Amalia Bibliothekból valók (ennek teljes hungarika anyaga megtalálható az adatbázisban, a bejegyzések 80 különböző albumból származnak), részben az OSZK-ból (22 album), az Evangélikus Országos Levéltárból (9 album, ez a teljes 16-18. századi anyagot jelenti), az Evangélikus Országos Könyvtárból (2 album, ez is a teljes 16-18. századi anyagot jelenti), az MTA könyvtárából (1 album), illetve az ausztriai Stiftspfarre Neukloster gyűjteményéből (1 album). The goal of the project was to create database accessible electronically, online, containing data from 16-18th century alba amicorum of Hungarian relevance. In the phase of the project finished just now the processing of 4,000 entries was proposed and completed. The albums and album entries processed so far originate partly in the Herzogin Anna Amalia Bibliothek in Weimar – all of the material of Hungarian relevance from this library, from 80 different albums, can be found in the database – and partly from the National Széchenyi Library, Budapest (22 albums), the National Lutheran Archive, Budapest (9 albums, the complete 16-18th c. collection of the archive), the National Lutheran Library, Budapest (2 albums, the complete 16-18th c. collection of the library), the library of the Hungarian Academy of Science (1 album), and the collection of Stiftspfarre Neukloster, Austria (1 album).
