Summary in Hungarian
A kutatás célja a goncsarovi regényműfajt vizsgáló első magyar nyelvű monográfia létrehozása, amely nemcsak felsőoktatási tankönyvként funkcionálhat, hanem átfogó regényelemzés szerepét is betöltheti minden érdeklődő számára. A magyar olvasó ismeretkörét, befogadói hagyományát is vizsgáló könyv Goncsarov három regényének újraértelmezését kívánja elvégezni olyan új szempontok segítségével, amelyek a mai értelmezéstudomány fényében olvassák újra a műveket. A kutatás során feldolgozásra kerül a magyarországi recepciótörténet, különös tekintettel a prózapoétikai szempontokra és azokra az új interpretációs irányzatokra. A különböző szövegszintek vizsgálatakor elsősorban a műfaji sajátosságokra koncentrálunk majd, beleértve a műfajgenezis kérdését is. A modern regényelméletek áttekintésén kívül ehhez szükség van a goncsarovi regénytípus helyének meghatározására az orosz regény fővonulatában. Annak érdekében, hogy feltárjuk a goncsarovi regény hagyományformáló szerepét, elmélyült kutatómunkát igényel a klasszikus orosz regénytípus tanulmányozása Puskin „Anyegin”-jétől kezdve, Turgenyev regényein keresztül Dosztojevszkij műveivel bezárólag („A félkegyelmű”, „A nevetséges ember álma”). A tervezett kutatási program eredménye előmozdítaná azt, hogy a klasszikus orosz irodalom egyik háttérbe szorított rangos képviselője elfoglalja méltó helyét az egyébként nemzetközi jelentőséggel bíró hazai irodalomtudományi russzisztikában, valamint a magyar olvasók korszerű irodalomképében.
Summary
The main purpose of the research is to create the first monography of Goncharov’s novel genre in Hungarian language. The monography could be used as a university textbook yet at the same time, it would also provide a comprehensive fictional analysis for a broad audience.
Besides the examination of the ken and reception traditions of the Hungarian audience, the book aims to provide a re-interpretation of three of Goncharov’s novels, incorporating such new angles that help to reinterpret the writings according to the modern discipline of interpretation.
During the course of the research, the history of reception in Hungary would also be evaluated, with special attention to prose-poetics aspects and new trends in interpretation.
The analysis of various textual levels would focus on genre-specific characteristics, including the issue of genre genesis.
For this purpose, besides providing a survey of modern fictional-theories, a definition of Goncharov’s novel genre must be developed, in terms of the mainstream Russian novels.
In order to explore the role of Goncharov’s novels in creating traditions, the classical Russian novel genre must be thoroughly examined, including Pushkin’s Anyegin, Turgenyev’ novels and Dostoevsky’s writings (Idiot, Dream of a ridiculous man)
The results of the project would assist a prominent, though overshadowed advocate of classical Russian literature to gain due recognition in the russistics discipline of Hungarian literature history, and the Hungarian audience’s up-to-date vision of literature
