A projekt keretében látogatni tervezett nemzetközi tudományos/innovációs rendezvény bemutatása és a tervezett részvétel ismertetése Mutassa be a nemzetközi rendezvény jellegét, célját, szervezőit és jelentőségét a nemzetközi tudományos életben. Ismertesse a részvétel célját (pl. előadás, poszter, egyéb aktivitás), a rendezvényen való részvétel várható hatását és jelentőségét a saját kutatói karrier építésében. A pályázat keretében az elmúlt 15 év (azaz a Bologna-rendszer szerinti) szakmaipedagógus-képzésben szerzett oktatói-kutatói tapasztalataink összegzése, kutatási eredményeink ismertetése, két nemzetközi konferencián való bemutatása a cél. Közvetett módon a témában írt és 2021-ben megjelent Szakmai pedagógusok kötet eredményeinek, magának a kötetnek a bemutatása a konferenciákon való szereplés szakmai tartalma. Az online konferencián előadással, míg a jelenléti konferencián poszter formájában szeretnénk ezt megtenni. Mind az ICER, mind az INTED konferencia múltja és szerepe az oktatási nemzetközi konferenciák sorában kiemelkedő. Az ICER elsősorban az oktatáskutatók konferenciája, amely kiváló interdiszciplináris platformot biztosít a kutatókés gyakorló oktatók számára, hogy bemutassák és megvitassák a legújabb innovációkat, tendenciákat és problémákat, valamint a felmerült gyakorlati kihívásokat és az oktatáskutatás területén elfogadott megoldási módokat. Ez a konferencia digitális formában valósul meg 2022 márciusában. Az INTED az egyik legnagyobb oktatási konferenciának számít, közel 700 résztvevő és 80 ország oktatáskutatói képviseltetik magukat rajta. A szervezők ígérete szerint Európa egyik legsikeresebb oktatási konferenciája. Mindezek mellett mindkét konferencia ideális platform stratégiai partnerek keresésére, kutatási témák és kutatók, oktatók összekapcsolására, amely személyes, szakmai munkámban is igen előremutató, s intézményem pályázati projektterveit is elősegíti.
A projekt összefoglalója, célkitűzései laikusok számára Adjon egy rövid, közérthető ismertetést a látogatni tervezett nemzetközi rendezvényről, illetve a részvétel céljáról, várható eredményeiről. A pályázat során szeretném bemutatni a szakmaipedagógus-képzés során végzett eddigi (az elmúlt 15 év során elért eredményeimet és) munkámat, amelyt 2021-ben egy kötetben összegeztem magyar nyelven, de nemzetközi szinten még nem volt lehetőségem ismertetni. Két olyan konferenciát választottam, amely a nemzetközi oktatási konferenciák sorában kiemelkedő jelentőségű és szakmailag elismert, így az azon való részvétel mind a jelenlegi munkám elismerését jelenti, mint továbblépési lehetőséget jelent új kutatási irányokba. Tudományos munkámban is fontosak e konferenciák, de a további pályázatok és nemzetközi együttműködések szempontjából is fontos, hogy hasonló téren dolgozó külföldi kutatókkal, oktatási szakemberekkel kapcsolatot építhessek.

The aim of the competition is to summarize our experience as a teacher-researcher in the last 15 years (ie according to the Bologna system), to present research results, and to present them at two international conferences. I have chosen two conferences that are of outstanding significance and professionally recognized in international education conferences, so attending them is both a recognition of my current work and an opportunity to move forward in new research directions. These conferences are also important in my scientific work, but it is also important for further applications and international collaborations to be able to build contacts with foreign researchers and educational professionals working in a similar field.

A pályázati támogatás segítségével eljutottam két - a nemzetközi oktatási konferenciák sorában kiemelkedő jelentőségű és szakmailag elismert - konferenciára, amelyeken bemutattam a szakmaipedagógus-képzés során végzett eddigi (az elmúlt 15 év során elért eredményeimet és) munkámat, amelyt 2021-ben egy kötetben összegeztem magyar nyelven, de eddig nemzetközi szinten még nem volt lehetőségem ismertetni. Mindkét konferencia többkörös bírálati folyamat nyomán fogadta be előadásomat és poszteremet, az egyiken szekcióvezetői szerepet is betölthettem. Tudományos munkámban fontosak voltak e konferenciák, de a további pályázatok és nemzetközi együttműködések szempontjából is fontos, hogy hasonló téren dolgozó külföldi kutatókkal, oktatási szakemberekkel kapcsolatot építhessek.

With the help of the grant, I was able to attend two conferences - of outstanding importance and professionally recognized among international educational conferences - at which I presented my results (achieved during the last 15 years and) my work during my professional teacher training, which I summarized in a volume in Hungarian in 2021 , but so far I have not had the opportunity to present it internationally. Both conferences accepted my presentation and poster following a multi-round evaluation process, and I was also able to play the role of section chair at one of them. These conferences were important in my scientific work, but it is also important from the point of view of further applications and international collaborations to be able to build relationships with foreign researchers and educational specialists working in a similar field.
