A projekt keretében látogatni tervezett nemzetközi tudományos/innovációs rendezvény bemutatása és a tervezett részvétel ismertetése Mutassa be a nemzetközi rendezvény jellegét, célját, szervezőit és jelentőségét a nemzetközi tudományos életben. Ismertesse a részvétel célját (pl. előadás, poszter, egyéb aktivitás), a rendezvényen való részvétel várható hatását és jelentőségét a saját kutatói karrier építésében. Az Európai Kardiológiai Társaság (European Society of Cardiology - ESC) összesen 57 országot fog össze, emellett kapcsolatban van számos tengerentúli szervezettel is. Tagjainak száma több mint 90000. Az ESC által évente kiadott szakmai irányelvek hazánkban is a kezelés arany standardjaként kerülnek felhasználásra. Az Európai Szívritmus Szövetség (European Heart Rhythm Association - EHRA) az ESC ritmuszavarokkel foglalkozó alszervezete, melynek több mint 3500 tagja van. Éves kongresszusaikon bemutatásra kerülnek az aritmológia legfrissebb kutatási eredményei, technológiai újításai, továbbá a klinikai ellátást alapjaiban alakító legújabb irányelvek és konszenzus-dokumentumaik, továbbá teret adnak a nemzeteken átívelő szakmai diskurzusnak. Míg az EHRA Congress kizárólag az aritmológia területére fókuszál, az ESC kongresszusa a kardiológia teljes spektrumát lefedi, így itt egy adott szupspecialitás részéről az igazán jelentős eredmények tudnak megjelenni.
Az amerikai Szívritmus Társaság (Heart Rhythm Society-HRS) világszerte 70 országból fogja össze a szívritmuszavarokkal foglalkozó szakértőket. Kb. 7000 tagja van, rendezvényein évente több mint 13 ezren vesznek részt. Éves konferenciáján a vezető orvosok, kutatók, és fejlesztők egyaránt képviseltetik magukat; szívritmuszavarok kezelésében nincs jelentősebb tudományos fórum.
A projekt keretében lehetőség nyílik arra, hogy a Városmajori Szív- és Érgyógyászati Klinika digitális EKG rendszerének adatait alapul vevő, mesterséges intelligenciát felhasználó kutatásunk eredményeit a világ vezető tudományos fórumain (ESC Congress 2022, EHRA Congress 2022, Heart Rhythm 2022 kongresszus) bemutatásra kerülhessenek.
Ezeken a kongresszusokon való aktív részvétel (tudományos előadás tartása vagy poszterbemutatás), a diszkussziók közvetlen nyomon követésének és az azokba való bekapcsolódás páratlan lehetőség egy kezdő kutató tudományos kapcsolatainak bővítésére, jövendő közös kutatásokhoz szükséges kapcsolatok felépítésére.
A projekt összefoglalója, célkitűzései laikusok számára Adjon egy rövid, közérthető ismertetést a látogatni tervezett nemzetközi rendezvényről, illetve a részvétel céljáról, várható eredményeiről. Magyarországon a vezető halálokok között szerepelnek a szív- és érrendszeri megbetegedések. Ezek között kiemelt szerepük van a potenciálisan életet veszélyeztető kamrai ritmuszavaroknak. A digitális EKG készítése során az EKG képi anyagát egy online rendszerben rögzítjük. A nagyszámú, digitálisan tárolt és így feldolgozható EKG-adat lehetőséget nyújt a mesterséges intelligencia segítségével végzett elemzésre, melynek segítségével a mindenhol, bárki számára elérhető egyszerű és olcsó vizsgálat eredményéből a legújabb kutatási eredmények szerint akár megbecsülhető, hogy az személyben mekkora egy adott későbbi betegség (pl. ritmuszavarok) kialakulásának rizikója.
Az európai és amerikai kardiológiai, illetve aritmológiai társaságok (Európai Kardiológiai Társaság, Európai Szívritmus Társaság, amerikai Szívritmus Társaság) határozzák meg a fenti betegcsoport tekintetében a klinikai döntéshozatal és a terápia fő szakmai irányvonalait, valamint támpontot nyújtanak a beteg menedzsmentben.
Ezen társaságok éves kongresszusai a súlyos ritmuszavarokkal foglalkozó szakemberek legrangosabb eseményei. Célunk az, hogy tudományos kutatási eredményeinket prezentáljuk ezeken a nívós nemzetközi rendezvényeken, ahol a világ számos országából jelen lévő vezető kutatók diszkutálják eredményeinket, ezáltal hozzájárulva saját kutatásunk színvonalának javításához és nemzetközi reputációnk emeléséhez. A területen jelentős a folyamatos tudományos és technológiai fejlődés, így a tudományos fórumokon való aktív részvétel abban is fontos, hogy a tudomány eredményeit a mindennapi betegellátásba integrálni. Kutatócsoportunk munkája során új, innovatív módszerekkel (pl. mesterséges intelligencia) foglakozik. A nemzetközi porondon való prezentáció és eszmecsere nem csak egyéni tudományos jelentőséggel bír (nemzetközi közös kutatások megalapozása, kapcsolatok kialakítása-elmélyítése), hanem a magyar tudományos társadalom hírnevét is öregbíti.

Presentation of the international scientific/innovation event to be visited in the project and description of the proposed participation Present the type, purpose, organizers, and significance of the international event in the scientific community. Present the purpose of the participation (e.g., paper, poster, other activity), the expected impact of the participation in the event and its significance in building your own research career. The European Society of Cardiology (ESC) unites 57 National Cardiac Societies and more than 90.000 members from across Europe and beyond in advancing science and sharing knowledge and best practices. The professional guidelines prepared by the ESC are the gold standard of cardiology treatment in Hungary. As a specialised association of the ESC, the European Heart Rhythm Association (EHRA) is the leading network of European Cardiac Rhythm Management, with more than 3500 members. In their yearly congresses, the newest research results of arrhythmology are presented, together with the newest technological novelties, and a vivid, cross-national professional and scientific discussion takes place. While the EHRA Congress focuses on arrhytmology, the ESC Congress covers the whole field of cardiology, presenting the most significant results of each subspecialty.
The Heart Rhythm Society (HRS) represents more than 7000 medical and scientific professionals from more than 70 countries who are specialized in cardiac rhythm disorders. Its annual conference is the highlight of the scientific year for the arrhythmologists of the five continents; not only medical practitioners but leading scientists and developers are present at the most prestigious science forum of the field of arrhythmias.
The project will provide an opportunity to present the results of our machine-learning based research evaluating the data of the digital ECG system of the Semmelweis University Heart and Vascular Center in the worlds leading scientific forums (ESC Congress 2022, EHRA Congress 2022, Heart Rhythm 2022 conference.) The active participation (with scientific lecture or poster presentation) in these congresses and the opportunity of directly taking part in the discussions provides an unprecedented chance for young scientists to widen their scientific connections , which are needed for future collaborative research projects.
Summary and aims of the project for a general audience Provide a short, general introduction to the international event to be visited, the purpose of the participation, and its expected results. Cardiovascular diseases constitute the leading cause of death in Hungary, among them arrhythmias, above all potentially life-threatening ventricular arrhythmias, are one of the most importatnt. The digital ECG is a relative new technology, where data are processed online. This has a lot of benefits for the patients, and the enormous data collected this way is easily processed, so can be the basis of analysis with artificial intelligence, which can lead to a lot of new clinical developments. Regarding the above mentioned diseases, the European and the American cardiology societies and specialty organizations, the European Cardiology of Society, the European Heart Rhythm Association, and the Heart Rhythm Society developed and published the guidelines of clinical decision-making, therapy, and patient management. The conferences of these three scientific societies are the highlight of the scientific year for the experts in the field of heart rhythm disorders. During the project, we will be able to present our research results in these prestigious meetings, which will enable us to lay the foundation for future collaborations, further enhancing our scientific knowledge and the quality of health care worldwide and in Hungary.

A projekt keretében sikeresen adtuk elő kutatásaink eredményét az alábbi nemzetközi konferenciákon, moderált poszter/előadás formájában.
Poszterbemutatásomban és szóbeli előadásomban olyan friss, innovatív eredményünkről tudtam a nemzetközi publikumnak beszámolni, mely segítette azon célunk megvalósítását, hogy egyetemünk és azon belül klinikánk, továbbá az egész magyar tudományos közösség meglévő hírnevét tovább erősítsük a nemzetközi szakmai porondon, miközben széles körben kaphatunk visszajelzést kutatásunk irányával és eredményeivel kapcsolatban. Ezen túl fiatal kutatóként a rendezvényen való személyes megjelenési lehetőség páratlan lehetőség volt a nemzetközi aritmológus közösség vérkeringésébe való bekapcsolódásra, esetleges nemzetközi kutatói mobilitás megalapozására, elemzések más európai betegellátóhelyek adataira történő kiterjesztéséről való egyeztetésekre. Eredményeink amerikai bemutatása által további kutatásokhoz tengerentúli kapcsolatok kiépítését is meg tudtuk kezdeni, mely lehetőséget teremthet akár ahhoz is, hogy a metodikánkat az USA-beli nagy centrumok adatain is alkalmazzuk.

kutatási eredmények (angolul)
During the project, with the help of the funding, I presented the results of our research in the following renowned international congresses.
By my poster presentation and oral presentation, I was able to report to the international audience about our innovative results, what helped us achieve our goal of further strengthening the existing reputation of our university and, within it, of our department, as well as the entire Hungarian scientific community, on the international professional stage, while we could receive feedback on our research, and on its results. In addition, as a young researcher, I had the unique opportunity to appear in person at the event and to get involved in the circulation of the international arrhythmology community, to lay the foundation for possible international researcher mobility, and to discuss the extension of analyses to data from other European patient care facilities. By presenting our results in the US, we were also able to start building overseas connections for further research, which could even create an opportunity to apply our methodology to the data of large centers in the USA.
