A projekt keretében látogatni tervezett nemzetközi tudományos/innovációs rendezvény bemutatása és a tervezett részvétel ismertetése Mutassa be a nemzetközi rendezvény jellegét, célját, szervezőit és jelentőségét a nemzetközi tudományos életben. Ismertesse a részvétel célját (pl. előadás, poszter, egyéb aktivitás), a rendezvényen való részvétel várható hatását és jelentőségét a saját kutatói karrier építésében. EHRA: Az Európai Kardiológiai Társaság (ESC) a kontinensen és azon kívül 57 országot fog össze, emellett kapcsolatban van számos tengerentúli szervezettel. Az ESC által évente kiadott szakmai irányelvek Hazánkban is a kezelés arany sztenderdjeként terjedtek el. Az EHRA (az ESC szívritmuszavarokkal foglalkozó alszervezete) éves kongresszusán az aritmológia világszinten legfrissebb kutatási eredményei, technológiai újításai kerülnek bemutatásra. Emellett teret ad az élénk, nemzeteket átívelő szakmai és tudományos eszmecserének. HR: Az amerikai Heart Rhythm Society (HRS) világszerte több, mint 70 országból fogja össze a szívritmuszavarokkal foglalkozó szakértőket. Évente megszervezett konferenciája mind az öt kontinensről érkező aritmológusok csúcstalálkozója. Ezen a konferencián nemcsak orvosok hanem kutatók és fejlesztők egyaránt képviseltetik magukat; szívritmuszavarok kezelésében aligha van jelentősebb tudományos fórum. Ezeken a kongresszusokon való aktív részvétel (tudományos előadás tartása vagy poszterbemutatás), diszkussziók közvetlen nyomon követésének és az azokba való bekapcsolódás páratlan lehetőség egy kezdő kutató tudományos kapcsolatainak bővítésére, jövendő közös kutatásokhoz szükséges kapcsolatok felépítésére. A projekt keretében lehetőségem nyílhat arra, hogy a Városmajori Szív- és Érgyógyászati Klinikán kamrai tachykardia abláción átesett betegek aritmia rekurrenciájával kapcsolatos eredményeinket prezentáljam egy tudományos előadás formájában.
A projekt összefoglalója, célkitűzései laikusok számára Adjon egy rövid, közérthető ismertetést a látogatni tervezett nemzetközi rendezvényről, illetve a részvétel céljáról, várható eredményeiről. Magyarországon a vezető halálokok között szerepelnek a szív- és érrendszeri megbetegedések. Ezek között kiemelt szerepük van a potenciálisan életet veszélyeztető kamrai ritmuszavaroknak. Az Európai és Amerikai Aritmológiai Társaságok határozzák meg ezen betegcsoport tekintetében a klinikai döntéshozatal és a terápia fő szakmai irányvonalait, valamint támpontot nyújtanak a beteg menedzsmentben. Ezen társaságok éves kongresszusai ezen súlyos ritmuszavarokkal foglalkozó szakemberek legrangosabb eseményei. Célunk az, hogy tudományos kutatási eredményeinket prezentáljuk ezeken a nívós nemzetközi rendezvényeken, ahol a Világ számos országából jelen lévő vezető kutatók diszkutálják eredményeinket, ezáltal hozzájárulva saját kutatásunk színvonalának javításához és nemzetközi reputációnk emeléséhez. Kutatócsoportunk munkája során innovatív megoldásokkal, valamint a nemzetközi irodalomban alulreprezentált, de annál jelentősebb témákkal foglakozik. A nemzetközi porondon való prezentáció és eszmecsere nem csak egyéni tudományos jelentőséggel bír, hanem a Magyar Nemzeti hírnevünket is öregbíti.

Presentation of the international scientific/innovation event to be visited in the project and description of the proposed participation Present the type, purpose, organizers, and significance of the international event in the scientific community. Present the purpose of the participation (e.g., paper, poster, other activity), the expected impact of the participation in the event and its significance in building your own research career. The European Society of Cardiology unites 57 National Cardiac Societies from across Europe and beyond in advancing science and sharing knowledge and best practices with their members. The professional guidelines prepared by the ESC are the gold standard of cardiology treatment in Hungary. As a specialised association of the ESC, the European Heart Rhythm Association (EHRA) is the leading network of European Cardiac Rhythm Management. In its yearly congress, the newest research results of arrhythmology are presented, together with the newest technological novelties, and a vivid, cross-national professional and scientific discussion takes place. The Heart Rhythm Society represents medical and scientific professionals from more than 70 countries who are specialized in cardiac rhythm disorders. Its annual conference is the highlight of the scientific year for the arrhythmologists of the five continents; not only medical practitioners but leading scientists and developers are present at the most prestigious science forum of the field of arrhythmias. In this project I have the opportunity to present our results in a scientific lecture about the recurrence of ventricular tachycardia after catheter ablation in patients of Semmelweis University Heart and Vascular Center. The active participation (with scientific lecture or poster presentation) in these congresses and the opportunity of directly taking part in the discussions provides an unprecedented chance for young scientists to widen their scientific connections, which are needed for future collaborative research projects.
Summary and aims of the project for a general audience Provide a short, general introduction to the international event to be visited, the purpose of the participation, and its expected results. Cardiovascular diseases, above all, potentially life-threatening ventricular arrhythmias constitute the leading cause of death in Hungary. Therefore, the European and the American specialty organizations, the European Heart Rhythm Association, and the Heart Rhythm Society developed and published the guidelines of clinical decision-making, therapy, and patient management. The conferences of these two scientific societies are the highlight of the scientific year for the experts in the field of heart rhythm disorders. During the project, we will be able to present our research results in these prestigious meetings, which will enable us to lay the foundation for future collaborations, further enhancing our scientific knowledge and the quality of health care worldwide and in Hungary.

kutatási eredmények (magyarul)
Az előzetes projektterv alapján kutatócsoportunk részt vett a pályázatban megnevezett European Heart Rhythm Association – az Európai Kardiológiai Társaság szívritmuszavarokkal foglalkozó alszervezete által szervezett 2022-es kongresszuson, ill. a Heart Rhythm Society amerikai szívritmuszavarokkal foglalkozó társaság éves kongresszusán.
A projekt keretében benyújtott hat előadásból hármat elfogadtak, eredményeinket szóbeli előadás formájában ismertettük, amit a téma szakértőivel vitathattunk meg. Továbbá részt vettünk más kutatók tudományos előadásain, aktív diszkussziót folytattunk, nemzetközi kapcsolatokat építettünk és ápoltunk.

According to our project plan, we attended the congress of European Heart Rhythm Association - an event organized by the suborganization of the European Society of Cardiology. As mentioned in the project plan we also attended the annual conference of the american Heart Rhythm Society. Out of the six abstracts we submitted during the project, three got accepted and we presented our results orally and also online and discussed them with experts in the field. Moreover, we also attended other reseracher's presentations, we participated in active discussions and built our international scientific relations.
