Kutatásunkat két nagy kérdéskör mentén végeztük, melyek további részkérdéseket öleltek fel: 1. Milyen tényezők magyarázzák a hazai élelmiszergazdaság innovációs kihívásokra adott válaszait, és 2. Az innovatív termékek milyen mértékben meggyőzőek a fogyasztói oldal számára abban az értelemben, hogy milyen feltételekkel és mennyit hajlandó többletként áldozni ezek fogyasztására. Kutatásainkat empirikus megfigyelésekre alapoztuk. Ebben a keretben először 151 hazai élelmiszergazdasági vállalkozás innovációs tevékenységéről, teljesítményéről és motivációiról gyűjtöttünk adatokat. Ezek elemzésével 6 konferencia közleményt és 2 folyóiratcikket jelentettünk meg. Második empirikus vizsgálatunk az innovatív élelmiszerekért történő fizetési hajlandóságot vizsgálta. Ennek eredményeit 1 db Q1-es folyóiratcikkben tettük közzé. A kutatás teljes időtartama alatt 29 publikációnk jelent meg a témában. Összesített impakt faktor ezekre a publikációkra: 19,873.
Results in English
Our research was conducted along two broad themes, which covered further sub-questions: 1. what factors explain the responses of the domestic food economy to innovation challenges, and 2. the extent to which innovative products are convincing to consumers in terms of the conditions under which they are willing to spend extra on their consumption and the amount they are willing to spend. Our research is based on empirical observations. In this framework, we first collected data on the innovation activities, performance and motivations of 151 domestic food businesses. These were analysed and published in 6 conference papers and 2 journal articles. Our second empirical study examined the willingness to pay for innovative food products. The results were published in 1 journal article in Q1. During the whole period of the research, we published 29 papers on the topic. Aggregate impact factor for these publications: 19.873.
