A projekt során flavin-adenin-dinukleotid (FAD) és nikotinamid-adenin-dinukleotid (NADH) koenzimek molekuláris szerkezetének jellemzésére kísérleteket végeztünk ezen molekulák 50 fs és 10 ns között mért autofluoreszcenciája kinetikai paramétereinek meghatározására és ezek hozzárendelésére különböző konformációkhoz. A kísérleti mérések elemzését újonnan kidolgozott matematikai módszerrel végeztük, mely ötvözi a gépi tanulás és optimalizálás módszereit. Az elvégzett molekula mechanikai számítások jó egyezést mutatnak a kísérleti eredmények matematikai értelmezésével.
Results in English
During the project we performed experiments to characterize the molecular structures of coenzymes flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD) and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH) with mapping the different kinetical parameters taking place in the autofluorescence of the coenzymes detected in an unusual wide range from 50 fs to 10 ns and to compare these to a set of different structures The experimental data were analyzed with a newly developed mathematical method combining machine learning and optimization. The molecular mechanical calculations are in good agreement with the results of the mathematical analysis of the experimental data.
