 a Magyarországon megtelepülő multinacionális vállalatok (MNV) leányvállalatainak,
 a nemzetköziesedő hazai cégek

A kutatásunk során összehasonlítjuk a hazai vállalataink EEM gyakorlatát a Magyarországon megtelepült nemzetközi vállalatokéval. Vizsgáljuk, hogy mennyire mutat konvergens, illetve divergens képet a hazai EEM, összehasonlítva a CRANET európai EEM kutatás tendenciáival.

A kutatás nagy segítséget jelent a magyarországi emberi erőforrás menedzsment - tevékenység örökségének megértésében.
Summary
The aim of the proposed research is to create an internationally valid index numbers (benchmark indexes) in the domestic use of human resource management.

The researchers of the Organization and Leading department of the University of Pécs are taking the lead to start a long term research project with their foreign partners that will analyze the function, practical adaptation, and history of the Human research management at:

 Multinational companies in Hungary
 Internationalized local companies
 And other small and middle sized companies

Following the significant local researches, now we are searching how these functions and adaptations are used in the last years’ sweeping change of economy. During our research we will compare the practice of HRM of local companies and the international companies in Hungary. We will study how convergent, and divergent is the local HRM comparing with the CRANET European research tendency.

The study will have a big help in understanding the heritage of the function in the Hungarian human resource management. The results of the research will contribute to the increase of the professionalism of HR in Hungary and the increase of a worldwide competitiveness of HRM. It will also play an important role in the development of the Hungarian economy, and its adaptation to the world economy.

Final report

Results in Hungarian
A pécsi Emberi Erőforrás Menedzsment Kutatóműhely (Vezetés Szervezés Tanszék) korábbi eredményei után ez a kutatás nemzetközi környezetben valósult meg. Csatlakozva a Cranfield Network (CranNet) kutató csoporthoz, 32 ország empirikus adatait vizsgálhattuk. Ezen adatbázison az összehasonlító HRM koncepciója alapján erős statisztikai támogatottsággal állapítottuk meg, hogy mennyire mutat konvergens illetve divergens képet a hazai, a kelet-közép-európai és a teljes minta HR gyakorlata. A megállapítás lényege, hogy jól elkülöníthetők a kategóriák, továbbá azok a jellemzők, amelyek a közszférát elválasztják a versenyszférától. A hazai HRM alkalmazások változó jellege a vizsgált funkciókban hozzájárul a versenyképesség növeléséhez és a külső és belső változásokhoz való alkalmazkodáshoz. A kutatási eredményeinket több nemzetközi konferencián és számos külföldi publikációval validáltuk.
Results in English
After the previous results of the Human Resource Management Research Unit (Department of Organization and Leadership) of the University of Pécs, this research was implemented in an international environment. Cooperating with Cranfield Network (CraNet) research team, we had the opportunity to analyze the empirical data of 32 countries. Based on the conception of comparative HRM with strong statistical support we concluded how much the HR practice of Hungary, Eastern-Central Europe and the total sample is convergent or divergent. The point of the conclusion is that these categories and characteristics which separates the public sector and the competitive sector can be acutely determined. Changing nature of domestic HRM applications contributes to the increase in competitiveness and adaptation to the internal and external changes within the examined functions. Our research results have been validated with several international conferences and publications.
